At Our Age ... by Dana Warren

Hello AI fans!!

Have you played along with AI's Paper Peicing Challenge?? Better get on that!! Today's card features paper piecing, in fact i have a few other cards as well to share in the future that feature paper piecing! What can i say, i've just been in that kind of mood!! :)

When i plan to paper piecing i pick out a 6 x 6 paper pad and use patterns from that pad. This way everything matches!! For this card i stamped Celeste one a couple didn't patterns and fussy cut out the couch and her pants. And of course i stamped the image on white card stock.

I used my Spectrum Noir Markers to color her skin, hair, jewelry and wine. Then adhered the pattern paper to the couch and pants. Since her top already has an animal print i just colored it tan.

I added a pink pattern paper to a white card base. In the top left corner i stamped the sentiment, from a Michaels clear stamp set. I added a strip of black card stock across the card, then added the image with foam tape. Last i added a few light pink enamel dots.

I hope to see you play along with us at our Paper Piecing Party Challenge!!! Happy Stamping!!
