NEW VIDEO - Cabin & Fir Bough Watercolor

Hello Ai Fans!

Welcome to a new Watercolor Wednesday! We are featuring another great masculine card, just in time for Father's Day! This week, Bonnie features the cabin from our EZ Project B set and frames the distant image with fir boughs. Bonnie starts by stamping the cabin in the middle of a 2" half circle, drawn with a pencil. She pulls color from the main image and added African Violet and Pine Green to add to the rustic elements. She adds small branches and tiny flowers from our WC Foliage Set 2 New and Garden Wagon Mini Set. Bonnie then colors around the image in blue to add sky and water. To create the frame, Bonnie uses the long branch from our Clay Pot Mini Set and adds the pine branches with one of the new elements from our WC Foliage Set 2 New. For the final touches, she adds some bare branches in the background (from our WC Series 6 Set 1), tiny grasses from our WC Foliage Set 1, and the fence that also comes in our EZ Project B set.

Keep those beautiful watercolors coming and share on Instagram with the hashtag #AiWatercolor! Bonnie always appreciates a "thumbs up" over on YouTube if you enjoyed watching and don't forget to subscribe so you can be notified FIRST when Watercolor Wednesday uploads are available!

Take care! Happy Watercolor Wednesday!

You sure do make this look easy. It turned out so beautifully! I think I'm using too much water. I love your light touches as you bounce the brush. Maybe I'm too heavy handed, too. I'll keep trying!
