Yes, you can apply color...Thanks for the question! Yes, you can apply color first and then stamp. This technique does create texture, so you have to take into consideration that you will not be stamping on a flat surface. After the ink dried, I've used black acrylic paint (applied lightly with a sponge) on my stamp and also StazOn. When I used the StazOn, I filled in any missed areas with a black permanent marker. I'm sure there's lots of other ways too. Please share with us how you use the technique!Take care and STAY POSITIVE!
