For our next challenge, we're want to see how creative you can get with "anything goes!" That means you can choose anything for your card. We want to see loads of creativity! Our card designer, Kerry, is here to show you what she's come up with.

Hello Ai friends!  Kerry here, since this challenge is Everything goes!
I thought it would be cool to try something a little different.  I always love those four colors pop arts.  So, I wanted to try with a few of my Ai stamps

Here is how I create my Ai pop art card.  I used watercolor paper and cut them for four squares, their measurements are 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches.  I used distress stains to add the color.
(No distress stains?  no fear, you can also use the ink pads, too.  Just flip the ink pad upside down and slide it across the paper, you can create the same effects too.)

Then I stamped each image with Versamark stamp pad and heat set it with black embossing powder for a little bit of dimension.

I had so much fun making the first one and I can help it to make a few.  :)

Hot Java Mamas by Cheryl Valadez!

Hello Ai Fans!

Are you like me and need a high octane beverage to get you going in the morning?  Then this is the image for you or maybe someone you know.  Actually, these ladies are so chipper and having such a  grand ol' time that this must be more of an afternoon coffee get together, 'cuz I am not nearly this happy in the early morning hours ;)

I used the lovely ladies from the Girlfriend Blends set (#4132) available along with a wonderful assortment of images in the Ai Shop.  Please swing by and have a gander.

Hot Java Mamas

Today my card is made with Girlfriend Blend set T4136 ,these girlfriends are so fun, they are Hot Jave Mamas , the Ai stamps give me such inspiration to create awesome cards. I love to take a card over the top with the details , today I popped up the ball cap and the coffee cup ,I also added glossy accents to the coffee beans and jewelry all this adds dimension and lots of interest .I keep the card in neutrals and colored the image in color , this truley make the image the focal point.

It's The Little Things

Hi, it's Maria. I don't know about you, but sometimes I think we forget about the little things in life--the IMPORTANT things in life, like just sitting down with some Girlfriends and having together time. That is what this stamp reminds me of EVERY time I see it. It is Girfriends Blend. I think I will keep this short and sweet this Friday--there are some Girlfriends I need to call and make a date with :)
Have a great weekend!
Colored with Copics.
Embossing Folder is Cuttlebug Polka Dot.

Get Caffeinated!

Happy Monday Everyone!
These gals look like they are having lots of fun together! They are from the Girlfriends line at Art Impressions. I used the set Girlfriends Blends . It has this image and I think three great sentiments. I have used two of them on this card. I love how they are laughing and having a good time.
Have a great week and Happy Stamping!

Good Friends, Good Coffee

This is my first post as an Art Impressions Design Team Member! I'm so excited! I'll be sharing right here on Tuesdays! I have been a customer of AI and a Bonnie groupie for a looooong time. I get so many ideas from her videos

One of my favorite things to create are scenic greeting cards. Since last week's challenge was around beverages, I made a card featuring coffee - a drink I have every morning.  It's extra special when I share my cup of coffee with my girlfriends.  In this little scene, the girlfriends are sitting outside a lovely cafe, where they bought their ice coffees, planning a day of activities - of course, shopping and lunch will be on their list. :o) This card features one of the new Girlfriend sets,  Girlfriend Blend. The background includes giant oak tree, wrought iron gate, and cafe

I stamped the girls onto X-press card stock with a black memento ink pad and then colored them with Copic markers. For some added detail, I used a Copic multiliner to give a design to one of the Girlfriend's shirts, and used a Sakura glitter pen for their lipstick. I fussy cut them out.

Next, it was time for the background. I placed the Girlfriends on my blank background and marked where their table would be, and then set them aside again.  I masked the table and stamped the cafe.  I then masked the left side of the cafe and stamped the first tree. I drew lines for the grass and side walk. Time for coloring the background (perhaps you can tell, I love to color!!)! When I was all finished coloring, as Bonnie tells us, I signed my little scene.

For an added little touch, I  stamped one of the cups onto some scrap paper, colored it, fussy cut it out and adhered to the inside of the card to carry the theme forward.   It's ready to write a note and send off!

Here's a photo of all the Copics I used:

Please be sure to come back and visit. The Design Team will have some more inspiration for you!!

Take care and STAY POSITIVE!

Good morning everyone...yah...my new girlfriend stamps came...I love them all.  I decided to used "Girlfriend
Blend"  T4136 for my card today. Be sure to check out the new stamps at Art Impressions HERE!
I have used on the the sentiments that go with the image G4144.

I have used my copic pens to color my image, layered my card and added stickles around each layer.  the flower is made from 3 different paper flowers, layered, with a flower brad in the center, I have added stickles to the flower petals and to the brad.  I hope you enjoy the new girlfriend stamp...check them out, they are all fabulous!!
