Beauty in Progress Easel Card

Hello Ai fans!
It's Karen here today to share my first ever easel card with you!  I didn't read any tutorials, or watch any how-to videos... just sort-of came up with my own version, so it may not be what you've seen before?!  I am also a huge *Girlfriends* fan, so I've used the Beauty In Progress Set (sku#4240), and some very girly papers that I thought worked really well:
I started by gluing my front onto a regular card base (5" x 6 1/2"), and I made the bottom panel from a piece of cardstock cut to the same size with an extra inch flap that I glued to the back of the card:
This is what it looks like after being assembled, and folded together:
Here it is unfolded:
The inside sentiment says "Pamper Yourself" and the main sentiment is "What happens at the salon, stays at the salon!"  Wouldn't this be perfect to give to someone with a spa gift card tucked inside?  Here's a front view:
And the Copics that I used:
Have a wonderful Tuesday :o)

Stay Balanced...

Hello Ai friends and happy Monday!  Since it's Monday, are you feeling a bit stressed?
How about joining Yoga Yolanda (SKU# 4209) for some relaxation?

I kept the card simple.  The pattern paper is from Authentique Summer.  I distressed the edges, I cut out Yolanda and adhered to the card with 3D foam dots.  I also added some blings and Viola!

I hope you like it and thanks so much for stopping by!

Mad Rider

Hello Ai Fans!
It is Rhonda here with a fun simple card.  This week I am working with Mad Rider Set #4101 and Another Service #H2616

I used Stampin Up Pool Party, My Minds Eye printed paper, Gina K white paper, Copic Markers, Spellbinder Scallop Square, SU Pool Party  and Rose Red Ribbon.

Mad Rider reminds me so much of my Grandma.  She was a free spirit and did things her way.

On the inside I stamped Ai's "Another Service", all too fitting for the Mad Rider!

A Fun Technique....

Hello Ai Fans!!

Its me Piali here!! Hope all enjoyed the Ai-OWH blohop!
Sometimes I see comments like" I Wish could color the image well" or " I'm not a one who enjoys coloring" or " wow! Coloring is amazing but Its not my thing".
I just wanted to tell you all...these Awesome Ai stamps are just not ONLY great for coloring, its also perfect for other fun techniques...
For example...paper piecing, embossing and more..
Today I have a fun technique to share with you all.
I don't have special name for it.
Its super simple to do....just ink up your Ai stamps with few different colored inks and stamp it!!
A fresh new look for your project with the hassles of coloring and on the top its not boring Black & White.
Like this card...the focal image is very colorful yet super easy to do.

You can use stamp markers for this technique too.

Hope you liked it!
If you try this technique make sure to share with us ....just leave a comment with link to your project, I would   love to see it !
