Since it's the beginning of the week, we have to celebrate for another great week, right?!
I absolutely adore this Cake Popper set (SKU#4475)!
She is just too cool, jump out from the cake and party away!
Well, what kind of party is without confetti?
So, I decided to use some watercolor and create a cool background. First, I grabbed a wet water brush and watercolor, and tap the water brush to create all the wonderful 'confetti'.
Please see below picture.
I added a few more colors! :)
Finished the card up with the Cake topper, Viola!
