Hello Ai friends and happy Monday!
I have a super glam and glitter card for you today using the AC Moore Celebrate (PS0919).
I colored this super adorable diva with some watercolor pencils. For her birthday outfit and her party hat, I used the metallic watercolor to add some glamorous effect. And what kind of celebration without glitter, so I created a background using glitter tape! To finish, I added some glossy accent for the frosting of her cake and a bling strip for the sentiment.
