Today’s fun cards were created using the Art Impressions
This is SOOO cute, I love this set.
I’m only using a few elements from the set on both cards. If too much cuteness gives you creative blockage, then pick and choose. Simple cards are just as beautiful
So, let's get started !
I cut and scored an A2 size card base plus a front panel
I die cut a heart from the front panel and from foam (you can use foam tape when assembling the card and skip this step)
I adhered the front panel onto the card base, the foam heart onto the heart opening and finally the die cut heart onto the foam heart as shown.... dare you to repeat 10 times...lol
This technique is great to create added depth and dimension to the project
At this point make the card your own. I will repeat my motto, YOU DO YOU! Use stamps, dies, colors, etc. to create your own card…have fun and be creative.
The star of my card is the birdie. I created a mirror image (I wanted not one but two!).
Added some flower embellishments, the perfect sentiment and we just created a great card. It’s simple, warm and fun. Oh, let’s not forget a fun envelope and all done!
Hope you enjoyed today's projects, see you next time!
