Happy Wednesday Ai Fans!!!
Watch video tutorial here!!!
Today we will be creating a sweet valentine mail card using the Ai Valentine Mail (M3229) Stamp. This cute little stamp can be used in your window die cards, but we will be die cutting it into a circle shape today.
So, we can begin by stamping the image and then die cutting it using the Ai Circle Double Stitched Dies (5064). Once the die cutting is complete, let's go ahead and color in the image using the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens in the following colors: Blender, Dk Pink, Sugared Almond Pink, Pink, Wine Red, Geranium Red, Orange, Aquamarine Blue, Cobalt Blue, Olive Green, Lt Green, Mid Green, Green, Beige, Mid Brown, Lt Gray, Dk Gray.
Next, we will die cut a larger circle from that same die set and layer the two circles together with some 3D Foam Squares.
Now we can die cut the beautiful Lawn Fawn Doily Hearts Die in a pale pink cardstock. We will add a bit of color around the edges using some Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink in Picked Raspberry. Let's layer this onto the other two circles, again using some 3D Foam Squares.
Next, let's cut our square card and a square panel for the front of the card and stamp the Hero Arts Bold Prints - Script using that same Picked Raspberry ink. We will also add this color the the edges of the square panel using a blending brush.
Before we add this square panel to the card, we will wrap some Lawn Fawn Dusty Rose Twine and tie a bow on the right side.
Now let's assemble this square panel to the front of the card and then pop-up the doily layers for some added dimension!
For a finishing touch, let's add some pretty iridescent gems on each of the hearts on the doily!
Thank you so much for joining me today! Have a fun and crafty day!!!
