Let's create a nature's palette card that is perfect for Father's Day! We will be using several stamps sets to combine several of nature's beautiful elements. This card is perfect for the current Ai "Mix and Match" Blog Challenge and would also be great for birthdays and retirement as well!

Let's begin by die-cutting the Ai Story Tile Template Die (6158). This will give us a fun grid pattern to showcase all of our stamped images. We will die cut this grid frame twice ... once from white cardstock and once from a nice rustic plaid paper from the Ai Winter Woodland Cover PP (5964).

We can glue the two frames together and with the white panels that were die cut we will do our stamping. I thought it would be fun to use the Ai Wild Buck Foundation (6067), the Ai Hiker Foundation (6068), and the wonderful Ai WC Bear Set (6064).

The hardest part is deciding which images to use and where to place them! Once we have stamped all of the panels we will do some coloring using the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens in the following colors: Blender, Sugared Almond Pink, Ice Blue, Smoky Teal, Aquamarine Blue, Blue Gray, Lt Green, Green, Flesh Colour, Mustard, Beige, Sand, Brown, Mid Brown, Gray Brown.

For the grassy areas and the foliage on the trees we will use the Ai Foliage Set (4051). This will add a lot of interest to the card and it's so easy to do!

Next, we will add some little dots of color, to represent flowers, on the tops of the grassy areas. We will use gel pens in white, green, and blue. This will keep a masculine look to the card.

Now we can add all of the panels back to the card and for the sentiment we will use the Ai Just for Him Set (6063). This set has tons of sentiments including (husband, Daddy, Grandfather, etc.) We can pop up the sentiment for a little bit of variation and interest.

For a finishing touch, let's add a bit of sparkle to the windows on the cabin and the water. For this, we will use the Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen.
