Be My Valentine! Card by Tasha

 Happy Friday, Art Impressions Friends!

Tasha here, sharing a cheerful Valentine's Day card inspired by the current Highlights Challenge! For this project, I used the sweet  M3229-Valentine Mail stamp featuring the cutest little birdie.

This small stamp is packed with charming details, and I love how the sentiment perfectly frames the design. To bring it to life, I colored the image using Copic Markers and added tiny highlights with a white paint marker—I love adding highlights!

Once the center card design was complete, I framed it with layers of sparkling silver glitter paper, classic black cardstock, and a gorgeous alcohol ink-blended background I created myself. The vibrant colors match the Valentine's theme beautifully! If you're curious about making your own ink-blended backgrounds, be sure to check out my detailed tutorial here.

 To finish the card, I layered it on Art Impressions' heart-patterned paper and added extra black cardstock to tie everything together.

Hello AI fans!! 

Happy Valentine's Day!!! I'm single so no celebrations for me, but I do have a Valentine card to share with you!! It features the Valentine Mail, part of the Windows to the World stamp line. 

I started by stamping the image on white cardstock and using my Spectrum Noir Marker to color it. I used: AB1, AB3, AG1, AG2, AP2, BGR1, BGR2, BGR3, BO4, CT1, CT3, CT4, LG1, LG2, LG4, LG5, PP1, PP2, PP4, PP5, RB1, RB2. I did a bit of quick coloring, leaving some white areas as I colored which helps to give it a light fresh spring-like feel to the image!

Then I trimmed the image down to make a square and round the corners. Next, I decided to use up some old stickers that I have had forever!! They are from SRM Stickers called We've Got Your Borders Valentine. I checked and they show up on their website, but currently out of stock. Not sure if this means to do still carry them or not because I really have had these a long time!! 

I basically added the border stickers one after each other across a white card base! Then I added the stamped image to the center with foam dots and last rounded just the bottom two corners!

Hello Ai fans!

There is plenty of time to check out Art Impressions' selection of Valentine stamp sets, and order them in time to have your cards ready for Feb 14th!  I am using two of the Windows To The World stamps today, both of which are Valentine themed.  Here is Valentine Mail (Sku # M3229):

 And now for a similar card using Life Is a Breeze (Sku #M3228):

 I used a very delicate gold thread by Gutermann to hand stitch some detail on the edge of the frame for a little shimmer:

Hello Ai friends and happy Thursday!

 

Today I am sharing another valentine card.  I think I've created more this year than any other.  I sure am having fun with the Ai Valentine images! Today I used the Valentine Mail (3229) set.

 

I'm not sure if the little bird is delivering or receiving some valentines but either way, this image is sweet!  Around the edges the sentiment repeats "Valentine love".

I've colored an extra birdie and cut it out to pop up over the original.
