Boy & Girl Mini Set by Karen Day

Welcome to another day of the Art Impressions Design team hopping with Chameleon Pens and Perfect Paper Crafting!  From June 15th-21st we will host a mini blog hop each day between the three company blogs to showcase our products.  You should be arriving here from the Perfect Paper Crafting blog.

Today I am sharing three cards made with the Boy & Girl Mini Set (Sku #4403):
I love how their little faces peek through the open window (I'm using Art Impressions Window Die Sku #4619).  The inside of my card shows the off Chameleon pens, and the wonderful gradiation of colour you can achieve with them:
I am using the 5 Pen Cool Tones set of Chameleon markers - and these are absolutely amazing!  Each pen comes with it's own infusing chamber that allows you to control the amount of colour in your pen.  To see videos of these pens in action - head on over to the Chameleon website.  Here are the gorgeous Cool Tones:
I made two additional cards using just the boy, and just the girl:
I used two new products from Perfect Paper Crafting on today's projects - the Perfect Little Cutting Mat, and the Perfect Layers Mini Border Tool Set.

These were SO helpful on this particular card - the border tools come with 8 different measurements.  I simply glued my striped paper onto a piece of black cardstock, and selected the 1/16" tool, placed it up against the striped paper, and when I used my exacto knife - it cut a perfect 1/16" mat around my paper!  These make perfect mat cutting a breeze... and the cutting mat has measurements around the rim, and a grid that I used to cut the perfect 2" squares with my exacto, that I needed for the window openings below:
Your next stop today is the Chameleon blog - keep hopping to see what everyone has to share today!  And don't forget to enter our giveaway below.

I almost got these two cutie pies on my last order, and changed my mind at the last minute. Now I'm really sorry I didn't, so onto the list they go! :) Beautiful cards, Karen!!

These are all very sweet! I love this idea of seeing the front and back and what fun you can have with it. Also, so glad that you make a die that works so well with these stamps! Thanks for sharing.
