Sending Hugs

Hello AI fans!!

Dana here with a bright and fun card!! I did a little experimenting as i was stamping this card. I started by stamping the mail box and bird from the Flowering Mailbox stamp set.

Next i stamped the leaves from the Chest of Flowers set. But i didn;t use ink to stamp them, instead i colored them with my distress markers and then huffed on them before stamping. Oh, and i should say that i did not use watercolor paper, sometimes i like it better and get a more watercolor color (at least for me!). I used some distress markers and water to color in the mailbox and bird. Then i wrapped some twine around it and tied it in a bow at the top.

Then i used a fish tail die to cut out my stamping. I found some pattern paper i liked and added it to a white card base. In my stash i found a white scallop border already cut and i added it to my card, tucking the fish tail just under it at the top. Last i added a few white and clear sequins and stamped the sentiment from

Thanks so much for stopping by!! Happy Stamping!!
