Let’s play with the brand new Ai Peek-a-boo Set (5506)! This is just the sweetest Halloween set that includes a cute little Witch, Dracula, and Frankenstein plus all the the perfect coordinating sentiments and a few more elements to complete your cards. The peek-a-boo window is a bit spooky and when die cut will open to create a fun interactive surprise!
We will use a banner die from the Ai Journal Template Die Set (5543). This set has tons of elements that can be incorporated into all of your other cards...it does not have to be used to just create a journal. We will also die cut several spider webs from the Ai Web Dies Set (5462).
To create our woodgrain background we will be using a woodgrain cardstock...then we will be inking it with some Distress Oxide Inks in Antique Linen, Gathered Twigs, Ground Espresso and Black Soot. I’ll show you a fun little tip for enhancing your woodgrain background as well! Then let's die cut some grassy borders in black cardstock which will help with our spooky scene!
All of the coloring will be done using the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens in the following colors: Blender, Sugared Almond Pink, Pale Violet, Violet, Yellow, Orange, Flesh Colour, Wine Red, Fl Green, Green, Lt Gray, Dk Gray, Beige, Mid Brown.
