Hello, my clever, crafty friends! I’m Janet Axtman, aka SugarShine Designs. You can find my work through YouTube and my blog as well as on the Eyelet Outlet and CutCardStock blogs where I am a Design Team member. My passion is to teach and inspire just as I’ve been and continue to be inspired by so many talented and beautiful creators. My style is whatever mood I’m in, but I am drawn to bright and energetic colors so often my creations tend to fall into the cute and happy category, My favorite mediums are Copic markers and watercolor. I especially enjoy making interactive cards and 3D home décor, but I’m always trying new things to expand my skills. I love options! I also like to get my hands dirty. You’ll usually find me with stained fingers from inks and other mediums. With Art Impressions, your creations are only bound by your imagination, and who doesn’t love that? I’m truly honored to be here with you to share what takes me to my happy place and hope I can pass a little of that happiness on to you!
Hello folks, my name is Mercy Sauer and I live in the Sunshine state. My background is in Engineering but my true passion is in the arts. Almost an empty nester of 3, I find myself looking for my happy place, the one thing I want to be when I grow up. Designing, creating and donating cards fill my heart and mind. It all started in 2020 with watercolors, followed by card making. Just like that I found new love. I can express my love for cuteness (yes, cuteness), colors, shapes in so many ways. I am thrilled to join the Ai Design Team since I love their products. I hope you join me every week on this journey, who knows where it will lead, but for now, let's just have fun!
Hey crafty friends. I am Nina Salem, Nina Craftina on YouTube. I am happily married and have two boys Kal and Joopy, 10 and 8. They are the sweetest kids; it's a true blessing and real joy to be their mom. They fully support my craft addiction and bluntly judge every project I make :)
I have been passionate about art since middle school, helping designing artwork & preparing my school's Annual Art Exhibition with my art teacher. Since then I have been crafting and trying new products and techniques. I enjoyed trying sewing, knitting, candle art, wood-burning, and, of course, watercoloring.
For over 10 years I have been crafting with nowadays' popular crafting techniques: inking, stamping, die-cutting, scrapbooking, card making, and art journaling. Late 2019, I have decided to shift my craftwork experience, going from just my crafting station at home to my YouTube channel, hoping I would inspire fellow crafters with my humble creations.
I fell in love with Art Impressions when I first watched our talented Bonnie using Ai's unique rubber stamps collection while inking with Tombow markers. I was fascinated with this technique and the beautiful image it created. I am super excited to be part of the Ai Design Team.
Hello...it's Lynn Dionne here! I'm a paper crafter, altered book and mixed media artist. I enjoy making videos for each of my cards, and find mixing and matching stamp sets to be a fun adventure! I live in Connecticut with my husband, and I'm not much of a writer, so I'll keep it short and sweet. I'm so glad to be here and I can't wait to get started!

Hello, I'm Reneé Matarese and I'm from the upstate NY area near Binghamton. My husband and I have been together since 1992 and we have two grown children, Dominick and Makena. I started scrapbooking and cardmaking in 2002. My paper collection is out of control. We'll just leave it at that! I joined the Art Impressions DT in July, 2011. I now oversee the Ai Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Blog and both the daily Design Team and the Watercolor Design team. Art Impressions is just the very best company to work for and I love every minute I spend here!

Tricia O'Bin - New Hampshire
Hi, I’m Tricia from Southern New Hampshire. I love all the seasons here in New England. There is inspiration everywhere. I met my best friend and husband in 1990 and we were married in 1999. We have one child, Nicholas. My crafting journey began when I was young. I loved to spend my summer days outside creating watercolor papers, painting and doing anything crafty. In 2005, my sister-in-law introduced me to scrapbooking and I was hooked. I created a lot of scrapbooks, then I attended a card making class and again, hooked. I love to color using all types of mixed media, watercolor, markers and colored pencils. I started using AI watercolor stamps in 2016 after watching a YouTube video and thought it looked fun and easy. I bought a LOT of stamps from the AI online store and some markers. I began by using a journal to practice and critique my work, so I could see my growth. It was truly amazing how easy to learn and exceed even my own expectations with the watercolor line. I got on Instagram and started sharing my projects. In 2017, my mom and I attended a watercolor class with Kendra (soooo thrilled) and I was even more in love. I also started my YouTube channel in 2017 because there weren’t a lot of AI Videos out there showing how to watercolor with AI Stamps. My goal was to be a member of the Art Impressions Design Team and shortly thereafter it became a reality. I am so thrilled to be a part of this exciting team.
Diane Mason - California
Hello my talented Ai friends, I’m Diane Mason. I spent most of my life living in the Midwest, but in 2014, I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area with my loving and supportive husband. I’m so fortunate to have my adult son and daughter living nearby as well. The three of them are some of my biggest fans, and I appreciate them so much. I have been crafting and creating for as far back as I can remember. I still fondly remember my very first 64-box of crayons with built-in sharpener. Oh the joy I felt – so full of possibilities! As a child, I loved watching my talented grandma and father get lost in their own love of creating things with their hands and then sharing their projects and talents with others. I wanted to be just like them. They instilled in me the joy to imagine, design, create and then share my crafty love with others.
I was first introduced to the Ai watercolor line of stamps while attending a stamping convention in 2017 with my fellow crafty and longtime friend, Shelly. We were amazed at what you could do with markers, rubber stamps, and a paint brush – watercoloring the Art Impressions way! At the time I was intrigued but still heavily involved in scrapbooking and card making using traditional stamping techniques and Copic coloring. Fast forward to March 2020 – I was watching the super talented artist and Ai founder, Bonnie Krebs, watercolor a scene on YouTube. Well, I was immediately hooked! That was the beginning of my watercolor journey, and I haven’t looked back. It has been a dream of mine to be a part of the amazing Ai Watercolor Design Team. I’m so happy to be here sharing my art and love of all things Ai with you!

Very happy to read about each of you and the journey you took in the art field. I love watching all the beautiful and/or funny cards you make. I've been doing scrapbooks and cards for over 35 years and I love it, but they'll never be as good as the ones I see on facebook. Keep making them to give me ideas though. Hugs to each of you.
