Welcome to our new Watercolor Wednesday video, just in time for Valentine's Day!
This week, Bonnie creates a heart topiary in our ornate container, perfect to share with someone you love! She starts by inking and stamping a flower pot from our Ornate Container Set and adding color from her WC Palette. She cut a heart shape from paper to create an outline to follow for the topiary. Bonnie added flowers, vines, and buds to create a beautiful heart shape. To finish the image, she adds grasses inside and around the bottom of the pot and brushes in a bit of sky.

This simple design fits well into larger scenes, in addition to a stand alone design, by using a mini pot. I missed Watercolour Wednesday You Tube videos over the holidays; they help to stimulate creativity and add colour to dreary winter days up here in Alberta, Canada!
