Halloween shaker frame by Sharon Caudle

 Hello AI Fans!

It's October and fall is definitely in the air here! It's been quite chilly and it's starting to look like Halloween. I'm seeing all kinds of decorations going up outside! I don't do a lot inside the house for Halloween decorations, but I do like to set a few little things around to remind everyone that it is that time of year. This is one of those little pieces you can put anywhere because of the size. I started out by grabbing #5902 Scalloped Frame die set. I turned it into a shaker by adding a piece of acetate and adhering the top and bottom of the frame. Inside the shaker, I stamped and die cut a number of the cute candies from #6112 Pumpkin Parade set along with the adorable bunny dressed up like a witch! The paper I used is from #5849 Halloween Paper Pack. I thought those bats were perfect for the background. For the trees I grabbed #5934 Spooky Crew and only used the die. I also cut an extra scalloped piece and used a grass die cut on the front. I finished it off by adding three glow in the dark gems. The grandkids will have fun turning out the lights to see them glow. And that's what it's all about, isn't it? Bringing fun and joy to others?

That's it for me today! Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit, and you still have time to enter our "In the Navy" challenge. Hope to see your creation there! Until next time - stay crafty!!
