Hello Ai fans!
Today I'm sharing a beautiful birthday card made with one of my favorite stamps: Birthday Whoot!
This stamp is so much fun to color and this time I used a technique I have learned at CHA: use your water based markers with a water brush! So simple, and yet I had only used my markers with a blender pen until now, which gives a very different result!
As for the polaroid, I made it using some post-it and a mask. I placed the post-it to form a square, I stamped my owl and I applied the ink using a make-up sponge.
When I took all the masks away it looked like this:
I just had to outline the contour with a black marker and to color my owl.
I made several cards with this cute owl and I absolutely adore him! I plan to get many more owls from the same collection.

How cute Marie! We share the same love of owl stamps. I own every last one of the Whoots. I was quite obsessed with them for a while. They're still one of my favorites! I love your wood-grain background.
Another Whoot fan, here! I love your masking - he looks great :o)
Got to love the owls <3. And love the masking to create the polaroid, super cool and the wood grain paper is totally FAB!!!
