Hi Ai fans!
It's time for a new challenge! I love a good challenge it helps give me an idea for a card when I get stuck. This new challenge is a Springs Celebrations Challenge I used the new Grad stamp set. This new Grad stamp set is full of cute graduating animals.
What is the one thing new graduates need and want when they graduate? Money of course! So I made a money card.
I started with a piece of card stock trimmed to 7 1/2" X 10". I scored the long way 3 1/2" in then again at 7" the inside flap where you will tuck the money should be a little smaller then the other 2 flaps.
I trimmed two pieces of kraft card stock down one for each card flaps. To add a little bit of dimension I stenciled some yellow stars on both pieces.
I stamped both the elephant standing on the world and the graduation caps with Memento Tuxedo Black in then colored them in with alcohol markers. I fussy cut them out when I was done coloring them.
I stamped the sentiment "you DID it!" onto silver card stock and die cut it out with a banner die. I only needed the bottom of the banner because as you will see the other half is tucked under the stamped image.
I stamped the sentiment "Nothing is beyond your reach!" on the same silver card stock as the first sentiment and die cut it out with the same banner die.
I adhered everything to the card base I showed above.
I adhered the caps and the sentiment "you DID it!" onto the flap that the money will be tucked under.
