Bon Voyage!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing my first card as an Ai Design Team member. For my project, I created this travel-themed card using the fun Pack Your Bags Set. 

The images were stamped with black hybrid ink and I colored them with Copic markers. I totally love the floral tops and wanted to keep the colors bright to go with a tropical vacation vibe. This couple looks like they just had a great vacation and spent some time enjoying the sun!

The background of the card was created by ink blending a sky design with a cloud stencil. I also used Distress Oxide Ink for the ground. The airplane image was stamped directly on the paper and I used masking paper to cover the plane before ink blending. It's so fun when you get to pull off the masking and see the clean image.

The sentiment "Bon Voyage" was embossed in white and I used a simple banner die to cut the black card stock. 

Lastly, I added layers of bright paper that coordinated with the couple's clothing before attaching the card to a yellow card base.
