It's Stamptember time over at Simon Says Stamp and Art Impressions has collabed with them on this super set, Boba Babes stamp and die set. If you're not familiar with the Stamptember promotion, Simon Says Stamp features special edition stamps made just for the event from lots of other stamp companies. It's a fun month with a new set revealed each day. Yesterday was Ai's day and it was so well received that the stamp set without the dies sold out almost right away. You can still get the stamp and die set though so visit and order if you want this. Once it's sold out, it's gone forever.
My card is a simple top fold A2 card base that let's the stamp set really shine. To make this I started with an alcohol friendly white cardstock panel. I stamped and then masked the ladies so that I could create the stone path and the starburst behind them. Both things were created with supplies in my stash. Once done, I peeled away the mask to reveal the ladies ready to color and did that with Copic Markers.
Before mounting it on the card base, I matted the main panel on a bronzy-gold metallic cardstock and another larger piece of patterned cardstock. I stamped and cut out the sentiments with the included dies and mounted them as shown. The last touch were a few gold glitter enamels which fit great with the bobba tea theme.
