My Bathing Suit Told Me by Dana Warren

Dana, here with a card featuring a stamp set form Art Impressions Vintage line! It's perfect for sending a funny card this summer! 

I started by die cutting big and small circles from water color card stock. On the big circle I stamped the image from the Bathing Suit Set and on the smaller circle I stamped the sentiment. Then I used my Distress Markers to color the image with a small paint brush and some water. Colors used: Vintage Photo, Ground Espresso, Tattered Rose, Wild Honey, Faded Jean, Worn Lipstick, Fired Brick, Aged Mahogany, twisted Citron, Carved Pumpkin.

While my water color was drying I worked on the background. I cut a panel of water color card stock and placed a stencil over it. With Faded Jeans and Salty Ocean Distress Ink I applied the ink to the stencil. 

I added the inked panel to a white card base then added the image and sentiment circles with foam tape. Last I added a few blue and silver sequins, because sequins make everything better, right!?!?! :)

You're Not Old by Dana Warren

Dana here with a card featuring a stamp set from AI's Vintage line. When i use these sets, get in vintage mood! Though i should say my vintage is more of a clean and simple vintage!!! 

I started by die cutting a tag from watercolor paper and then stamped the lady from the You're Vintage stamp set. I used my Distress Markers to color her, using what i thought were vintage-y colors!! I added some twine to the the top of the tag and set it aside.

From a pattern paper stack i found some pretty yellow pattern paper. To help with the vintage theme i used some distress ink (old paper, i think) and inked up the edges. From another stack i found some light text pattern paper and also inked its edges. Next i stamped You're Not Old, You're Vintage sentiment on this strip too.

From my embellishments stash i found a Kraft doily that i added a little bit of Distress Ink to make it darker. Then i folded it half and added it to my yellow panel. Next i added the sentiment strip and last adhered the stamped tag with foam tape!

Hello Ai fans!

I am a huge fan of coffee themed cards, so I knew that I just had to make up a couple of cards featuring Maude (Sku #I1238):

I made a few slight variations between the two, added some bright pink zigzag stitching, a coffee cup diecut, and the sentiment: I m pleasant (Sku #2629)

 I drew in a little steam over my coffee mugs with a grey copic marker.
