Spring is Coming!!

Good morning ladies..I have chosen Vera (L-1243) today to make my card.  Vera is one of the Golden Oldies series and can be found HERE!  I have added a bit of glitter and a rhinestone or two and a homemade tag.  I have colored my image with Prisma colored pencils and OMS.
