Chris-mouse Mini Shaker by Karen Day

Hello Ai fans!
I am having a great time making cards with the new Mini Action Wobbles!  And of course the new Ai Mini Shakers are all designed especially for them... here is a quick card using Chris-mouse Mini Shaker (Sku #4796):
This week, the Ai Design Team are all using Therm O Web products on our creations, so on today's card, I've used the Deco Foil Foam Adhesive along with Gold Deco Foil Transfer Sheets to give the glimmer to my mouse's jingle bell.
I also used the foam to die cut snowflakes - and they turned out SO amazing!  These are the Ai Snowflake Dies (Sku #4804), and they are quite small and detailed.  I started by running my Snowflake Dies and the Foam Adhesive through my Cuttlebug:
The foam is sticky on both sides, so I peeled the backing off one side of each snowflake, and laid them down onto the matte silver side (the back side!) of the gold foil, and pressed down:
I flipped the foil over, and gently burnished the foil onto the snowflakes with my finger.  Then I pulled off the foil and here are the results:
They're like little metallic foam stickers!  All I did was peel off the backing and place them onto my completed card.  What a great way to add foil touches to your projects!

Our current challenge on the Ai blog is Prep For Christmas!  We'd love you to share your holiday creations with us - there are always fabulous prizes to be won.  And don't forget to enter the great giveaway, below! Happy stamping!

merry Chris-mouse by Diane Zechman

Hello Ai friends and happy Thursday!

Today I am sharing a card using the Chris-mouse Mini Shaker Set (4796) .  This is definitely one of my faves from the recent release!

Did you see the recipe card I made where I paper pieced his jammies?  This time I kept him in a simple green so he would stand out from the cute Christmas papers.  The jingle bell image is on a Mini Action Wobble... these are so fun!

Enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the season (ohhh...tastes too! lol)!  Have a great day and… happy stamping!

Merry Chris-Mouse by Kerry

Hello Ai friends and happy happy Monday!
I'm sharing a card using the new Chris-mouse Mini Shaker.  Isn't he is adorable?

I colored this little guy with Copic markers and for his outfit, I decided to do a little bit of paper piecing.  And I also used T1, T3, and T5 Copic markers to create some shading.  Then, I added a sentiment and outlined with a white gel pen.

And of course, I need a fun element, right?  How about an action wobble?

Copic markers used:  R11, R37, T1, T3, T5, Y02, Y18, Y26, YR23

6x6 party cheeseball by Diane Zechman

Hello Ai friends and happy Thursday!

Today I am sharing a 6x6 recipe card using the Chris-mouse Mini Shaker Set (4796) .  Bonnie keeps knocking them out of the park, doesn't she?  How seriously cute is this mouse in his Christmas jammies?

This recipe card was made for a swap I participated in this past weekend with several of my stamping friends.  I chose this recipe and image because we had a Christmas theme for our event of "Jingle All The Way".  This yummy cheeseball recipe is one that my mother used to make at Christmas and my husband and I have continued to enjoy making it over the years for the holidays.  I figured the mouse goes with the cheese, and the jingle bell on his tail goes with our theme, so the recipe card all kinda fell into place!

The bell was stamped on a silver metallic cardstock. Of course, I had to place that cute bell on a Mini Action Wobble!  So fun!  His pajamas were paper pieced with a holly print to celebrate the season.  :)

Have a great day and… happy stamping!
