Fairy Happy Birthday by Dana Warren

Hello AI fans!!

Dana here sharing a card featuring the Fairy Spinner and Die. I didn't use the stamp as a spinner, but just the front image as the focal point!

I stamped, then die cut the image. I decided to paper piece her dress and found some scrap paper to stamp and fussy cut. I colored everything but her dress with my Spectrum Noir Markers.

For the background i used a tiny star stencil and some silver paint on a white card base. Next I stamped the Wishing You a Fairy Happy Birthday sentiment on a strip of red card stock. When the stars were dry I added the strip and then the fairy with foam tape!

Thanks so much for stopping by!! Happy Stamping!!

She looks so cute, floating amongst the stars, Dana! I can't believe that's a stencil - they're so sharp. Great card :o)

Love this card. Glad to see the ai image used without spinning! And you used Spectrum Noir markers instead of Copics. Yay!! Love the background, too. Great card with lots of cool ideas! One question: what kind of silver paint did you use-- acrylic or something else?

Hi Annie, i not exactly sure what the silver is, its similar to paint, but a bit thicker then paint. I picked it up at Michaels months ago. On the cap it says Art-C. I hope this helps, stencils are so versatile as you can use any kind of paint, embossing paste, or ink!!
