Fabulous Birthday by Kerry

Hello Ai friends and happy Monday!

Today I'm sharing a birthday card using the Mini Cake Spinner set and Fairy Spinner set and dies.

But I decided to switch it up a bit, instead of a spinner card.  I wanted to make it into a shaker card.  :)
So, I added an action wobble for the fairy and a mini action wobble for the cake.  I also added some  glitter and glimmer by using diamond stickles and Wink of Stella clear brush pen.

Copic markers used:
BG0000, BG10, C0, C1, C3, E00, E50, E51, E53, E55, E93, R20, RV000, RV00, RV10, V12, Y11, Y15, Y38, YG17, YG23, YG25, YR01, YR12, YR15

Fairy Happy Birthday by Dana Warren

Hello AI fans!!

Dana here sharing a card featuring the Fairy Spinner and Die. I didn't use the stamp as a spinner, but just the front image as the focal point!

I stamped, then die cut the image. I decided to paper piece her dress and found some scrap paper to stamp and fussy cut. I colored everything but her dress with my Spectrum Noir Markers.

For the background i used a tiny star stencil and some silver paint on a white card base. Next I stamped the Wishing You a Fairy Happy Birthday sentiment on a strip of red card stock. When the stars were dry I added the strip and then the fairy with foam tape!

Thanks so much for stopping by!! Happy Stamping!!

Karen's Top 5 of 2015!

Hello Ai fans!
Oh, my goodness - another year has flown by.  So many cards, so little time...  As always, I've had a wonderful time posting here on the Ai blog, and colouring up all those fabulous Ai images.  I really enjoy putting these kinds of posts together, because I literally revisit every single card that I posted this year.  I could've easily come up with a Top 25 list - but after much deliberation, here are my Top 5 of 2015:
Using Live Laugh Love (available at Michael's stores)
Simon Says Stamp exclusive Stamptember set
I hope you've enjoyed some inspiration from our projects that we share - and I want to thank those of you who visit us here, play along with our challenges and leave us such lovely comments!  Enjoy the holiday season, and best wishes for a Happy New Year!

A Fairy Happy Birthday by Dana Warren

Hello AI fans!!

Dana here today with a Birthday card! You can never have too many Birthday cards, right?

I started with these black chevron pieces that were left over from a different project. They have been hanging out on my desk for awhile and i decided its time to use them!!

For the background i pulled out a white card base and used a purple distress ink and ink applicator to ink up the card base. Next i flicked water all over and then let it dry.

Meanwhile, i stamped the front Fairy Spinner on white card stock and colored her with Copic markers. I used a little (ok, really a lot! hehehe!) Wink of Stella on her dress, shoes, wand, wings, earrings and hat!

Then i used the matching Fairy Spinner Die to cut out the front fairy. I also cut a small banner from white card stock and stamp the sentiment from the set.

Then its all just a matter of assembling all the elements. First i adhered the black chevron pieces on my inked background. Then i added the fairy and banner with foam tape!

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a wonderful day!!
