Hello Ai fans!

I wanted to do something a little different... so I decided to do a circle card, and then wanted to make it a more interesting shape, so I ended up using my Cricut to cut a flower shape from some patterned paper.  My image from In The Bag (Sku # 4729) fit perfectly as a circle in the center:

 Then I decided to make it into an easel card:

Hello Ai friends and happy Monday!

Hope you have a great weekend and I'm sharing two super fun cards using the new Ai People.

Not sure about you... I'm not a fan of the vacuum cleaner, it's my least favorite chores.  And the awesome diva from the In the Bag set is totally my hero.

I colored her with Copic markers.  But for the background, I wanted to create a watercolor effect using some Marvy LePlume markers (teal, prussian blue, and rose pink) and the watercolor palette.  To start, I use the LePlume markers and randomly scribble on to palette, then I sprayed some water (see below).  Then I placed the watercolor paper upside down and lifted the watercolor palette (or until your desired effect), then dry.       

Here is the finished card. 

Here is another card using the Lifetime set.  

For the watercolor background, I used Marvy LePlume markers (manganese blue, brilliant yellow, and pale blue) and Tombow markers.

Today I've got a card to show you using In The Bag Set, one of the two brand new AI People from Art Impressions!  I love her looking at that vacuum like it's an alien from outer space! LOL! I didn't get a picture of the inside, but the sentiment states "Another year in the bag".  :)

I'm super excited to share my card using one of the new Ai Girlfriends Flaunt It Set (SKU#4756), isn't it just awesome!  It's always super fun at the photo booth, and the best part is with your girlfriends too.  It's a win win!

I decided to use YUPO paper to create a cool background.  I started by dropping alcohol inks on the paper and allow them to spread.   P.S.  I did place some drops on the edge of one color, so the colors would blend together naturally.  

I want to have a more blended look, so I added a few drops of blending solution randomly.  I did wiped off some of the darker 'puddle lines', but if that the look you want, it's a very cool background. And allow it to air dry once you got the desired background.  

I finished up by coloring these awesome Girlfriends with Copic Markers.

Copic markers used:  B0000, B00, B02, B60, BG11, BV0000, BV02, BV13, C0, C1, C3, C5, C7, E15, E17, E27, E51. E53. R24, R27, R29, W0, W2, W4
