Girls Night Out set by Karen Day

Hello Ai fans!

Have you all seen the latest Ai Halloween sets??  I'm sharing the cute little flying witch from the Girls Night Out Set (Sku #4526):

When I saw this sweet little witch, I knew that I wanted to have her flying - so I made a circular die cut through the front of my card, and suspended her on a piece of thread in the opening:

 She's a little hard to photograph, since she likes to twirl around when the card is propped open!  So I've taken a few different shots so that you get the idea.  Below it shows the card laying flat so that you can see her a bit better.  I've also used the Funky Halloween (Sku# 4312) sentiment on the front of the card - and the inside sentiment is "Girls Night Out".

Forgive the photos!  The base is a vibrant lime green colour, not quite as neon as the photo shows on the blog!  I used my Gift Box Punch Board and a piece of 6x6" cardstock to create a tiny matching pumpkin to hold a few little chocolate goodies:

I started by assembling my card base mounting lime green on the front, and a warm yellow on the inside.  I cut a 3" circle through the entire front.  I coloured the witch with Copic markers and fussy cut around her.  I cut a black shape with my Cricut, and glued a piece of thread onto the back:

I ran a line of glue down the back of the witch and placed her under the thread before gluing the die cut onto the front of my card.

Air-Hag on board by Crystal

Hello Ai fans !!!
It's Crystal here with a Halloween card using Air-Hag set # UM4309 . I just love this new witch that Ai has added to their awesome collection of stamps , I hope you add her to yours as well.

here is how I created my card
first I sponged on a moon with crushed curry ink , then I sponged grey clouds for a spooky look , I just use a scallop I die cut and ink the die edge move directions as to go down the page , yes I even inked the clouds over the moon too.next I cut my haunted house out using my Cricut and the Happy Haunting cartridge , I cut the house at 5 3/4" , I glued down my house
I added a black layer and a lime green base to my card , I colored my witch and bats with Copics and fussy cut them out , I pop them up on glue dots. I add shimmer over the witches dress with my shimmer pen then I run my finger over to give an even shimmer to her.

inside my card i used my crop a dile to add grommets and lace up with twine , I created a pocket so you can add a treat inside ( like a coffee card or money )these are the copic colors I used

Funky Halloween by Rhonda Harre

Hello Ai Fans!

Yesterday at Art Impressions, a new line of Halloween Stamps was released.

Today I am working with Funky Halloween #I4312.

I made a couple of cards and three toppers.
I really enjoyed playing with the embossing powered and using some bright colors.

It was fun to put together the toppers.  It has been a long time since I have made Halloween treat bags.
Both my boys are in their 20's, but in a few years I may have to be making for the grand kids.
I have very exciting news - I am going to be a Nana very soon! Our first grand baby can come anytime,
due date is September 21, but all looks great if he should arrive ahead of schedule.
