Bri has a fun and creative celebration project for our new card-making challenge!
Hello Ai fans - Bri here!
I am excited to introduce this new holiday collection to you! My creation features the new Easter Chicks stamp set. Although the stamp set is geared towards the Easter holiday, it was easy for me to make transform the characters into a Valentine's day theme to fit perfectly with the Love is in the Air challenge!!
For more details on this creation keep reading below! This project is featured on my personal blog too, check it out here. Follow me on Instagram to see my most recent Ai creations here!
To color the chicks and their fabulous accessories I used my Copic alcohol markers. The colors I used are listed at the end of this blog post. I heat embossed the sentiment "Love is in the Air!" from the In The Air stamp set in gold embossing powder onto a Banner Double Stitched die cut. I attached the chicks and the banner sentiment to the card front with foam tape.
To create the background I used a heart silhouette stencil and Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink to create the big beautiful heart on the white card front. I used a water sprayer to create a splattered look on the heart. Next, I used Candied Apple Distress ink to ink splatter and to distress the edges of the heart and the card front. I love the textured look of the ink splatter effect! I matted the white card front onto a red A2 sized card base. Last, I added some gold sequins for extra embellishment!

Our New Halloween Set is our Halloween Critters! This set comes with a fox, bunny, raccoon and owl dressed in cute costumes with plenty of candy and sentiment stamps to make a bowl full of treats! And, by popular demand, these clear stamps have matching dies!
Our New Christmas Sets include our Animal Nativity Set, Chubby Snowmen Set,
Our Animal Nativity features a baby cow, donkey, sheep, rabbit, camel, and Jesus, as well as perky birds and sweet sentiments.
For those snow-lovers, we have our Chubby Snowmen set that showcases three bundled of snow-people and one rosy-cheeked rabbit, as well as fun sentiments to use to your delight! Just like our Halloween Critters, these sets now come with dies as well! Merry Christmas--less fussy cutting!!!
Last but not least, we have our Large Snowflake Dies with 18 different snowflakes--like our Small Snowflake Dies, but more of a blizzard than a flurry!

Hello AI Fans!!
I am so excited to be able to show you this brand new Nativity Set by Art Impressions! It truly touches my heart. It was so fun to color all these adorable animals worshiping Jesus on the morning of his birth! Here is the finished product, and yes, I had to use every single stamp that is in the set! You could still make an adorable card using just a couple of the animals, but I wanted to squeeze every single one into this A2 card! :) It's so wonderful that AI includes all the dies for everything in this set!!
First thing is to stamp all the images out on your paper and color them up. I used Copic markers which are listed below. Look at all the wonderful images and sentiments that are included in this amazing set!!
There's something about cows, I have to put spots on them. I have no idea what it is, but I've done it for forever! I just use a Copic Multiliner pen and draw them in, then color away!
I wanted to make a shining star, so used a sun stencil I had along with some Distress inks to create it. I just didn't sponge ink into the sun area. I left it alone and popped up the star that is in the set.
I created a little hill and distressed the edges to ground the scene. Though I'm not sure why since I used all the animals around the baby Jesus, you can't really see it.
And then I used Scotch Mounting tape to pop up all the animals around baby Jesus. I added a little twine bow and my favorite sentiment.
Thanks so much for taking the time to visit! Until next time - stay crafty!!!
I’m really excited to be doing a feature card and video for the brand new Ai Halloween Critters Set! These are the most adorable Halloween images and sentiments! My favorite sentiment, which we will be using today, says “Here for the Candy”. That really is what it is all about!
In todays video we will be creating a fun tag card and I will show you how easy this is to do with a little bit of partial die cutting! To set the scene...we will also create a spooky sky for our little tag using the Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks.
Watch video tutorial below!
Thank you so much for joining me today! Have a great day!
She also used two different techniques--well done!
