Merry and Bright Card by Tasha!

Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a new holiday card created with the 5564 – Mousey Christmas Set

This little mouse looks so cute in his Santa outfit as he decorates for the Christmas season. I love his hat and happy smile; he is just adorable!

For the background, I added layers of pattern paper and red glitter card stock. The buffalo-check and red script paper looks similar to layered ribbon; I love the farmhouse look!
Lastly, I stamped "Merry and Bright" with black ink and added yellow ink to give a glow around the mouse. These colors look great together and I can't wait to make more holiday projects with the Ai 5564 – Mousey Christmas Set!

Have a wonderful day!

Let's Get Festive Cards by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing two cards created with the fun 5565 - Cheers My Deers Set! These cards were inspired by the current Ai Stencils or Masks #339 Challenge and are perfect as we head into the holiday season!

I stamped the images with black ink and colored them with Copic Markers. I LOVE coloring clothing and had so much fun customizing the outfits. Mixing up colors and patterns allows you to give the characters totally different looks and the little reindeer-themed hats are just too cute!

To add more color, I stenciled a brick design with bright ink colors. I also cut a snowy ground to allow the background colors to pop; I love the teal and pink!
Lastly, I attached layers of silver glitter paper, colorful cardstock, and a layer of sweater pattern paper. I think these cards are so festive and will be fun to send out this Christmas!

I hope you enjoyed today's projects and are having a wonderful day!

Christmas in July Cards by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing two Christmas in July themed cards featuring the #5042 - Christmas Bee Set!

My first card has the sweet little bees singing around a Christmas tree. I stamped the tree directly on to the card and layered the bees with foam tape. I also added Distress Oxide Ink around the edges to bring in a honey colored glow to frame the scene. It looks like the star is lighting up the center of the card and I love the bright yellow color!

To complete the card, I added the flying bee to the top of the card and used a white gel pen to add falling snow to the background. I also attached layers of gold, red, and green pattern paper to go with the Christmas theme.

The second card is a smaller design perfect for gift cards or to hang on a gift bag. I stamped the singing bees and colored their winter accessories in holiday colors. Their little hats are just too cute!

To complete this card, I stamped one of the included Bee-themed greetings and added layers of red card stock, silver mirrored paper, and green pattern paper. I also added the honey color around the edge to frame the trio. I love all bee-themed things, and the Christmas Bee set is perfect for this year's holiday cards!

Thank you for checking out today's cards and I hope you are inspired to create a Christmas in July themed card or project!

Have a great day!

Owl Be Yours For Christmas Cards by Tasha!

Happy Friday Ai Fans!
Tasha here sharing two holiday cards created with the super cute 5193 -Woodland Holiday Set!

The first card is super sparkly and uses different shades of green. I stamped the little owl on to white card stock and colored it with Copic Markers. I used Distress Oxide Ink to bring in the green color around the image and added little snowflakes with a white gel pen. I love these light green colors!

The background was created by ink blending a stencil design and embossing with clear glitter powder. The glitter is so pretty and I think this design looks really cool!

The second card uses the same owl image, but I colored it with traditional red & green holiday colors and used a stamp from the 5420-Frameworks Set 1 to spotlight the owl. I also used a gel pen to add falling snow to the background, I think it looks so nice against the blue sky!

The sentiment "Owl be yours for Christmas" was stamped on to a banner from the 5133- Flag Double Stitched Dies. To continue with the winter theme, I added a piece of snowflake pattern paper and used silver glitter paper to add extra shimmer.

Lastly, I added little silver sequins to the card before attaching it to a white A2 sized card base.

I hope you enjoyed today's projects and are inspired to create with the 5193 -Woodland Holiday Set!

Merry Christmas Card by Tasha!

Good morning Ai friends!
Tasha here sharing a holiday card created for the Ai Happy, Happy Holidays Challenge using the 5040 - Sleigh Bells Stamp Set!

The sweet deer couple were stamped with black ink and colored with Copic Markers. I also used a white gel pen to add little accents to their accessories. I like the polka-dot harness and thought the purple looked great with the red and green colors!

To complete the card I used the 5061 - Square Double Stitched Dies to create the layers. The stitched design adds so much detail! I also added some ink blending on the center card with Antique Linen Distress Oxide Ink to give the card a vintage feel.
I hope you enjoyed the card for today and will join in the Ai Happy, Happy Holidays Challenge!

These happy elves are so cute and I love the candy canes! I stamped the images with black ink and colored them with Copic Markers. I used traditional Christmas colors and added some polkadots to little hats for some extra detail!

Lastly, I added some gray enamel dots and layers of candy cane pattern paper. I wanted to have a festive candy cane theme and I love the red and white color combination! These elves look like they are exited for Christmas!

Thanksgiving Cards by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing two new cards perfect for Thanksgiving!

My first card uses the sweet hedgehog image from the 5191-Feast Mode Stamp Set. This critter is so happy and I love the fruit and leaves around him! For extra color, I used orange Distress Oxide Ink to create a glowing frame and added layers of purple card stock and plaid pattern paper. These Fall colors look fantastic on this card!

The second card uses the pumpkin pie stamp from the 4939-Full of Thanks Set. This set includes several cute characters, but I thought it would be fun to create a background with the little pie image! Pumpkin pie is my all time favorite dessert and I look forward to having it this Thanksgiving!

I colored the pie images with markers and stamped "Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving" on to a stitched banner. I also added some gold glitter paper and gold dots for some shine; I love the gold color!

I hope you enjoyed today's projects and are inspired to create some Thanksgiving cards!

Merry & Bright Card by Tasha

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a holiday mini slimline created with the cute Penguin Stackers stamp set!

I stamped the penguins with black hybrid ink and colored them with Copic Markers. I wanted a winter wonderland feel and used pastel colors with pops of red and green! I also added glitter to the the little hats!

For the background I used a piece of pattern paper that looks like falling snow. To coordinate with the sky, I cut hills out of white cardstock and ink blended the edges with a light blue ink. These colors are so pretty!

The sentiment "Merry & Bright" is from the Sleigh Bells Set and I stamped it with a pretty teal blue. I used a circle punch to cut the greeting out and matted it with teal cardstock. To stick with the theme, I added a layer of mirrored silver paper and teal cardstock before attaching the card to a white card base.

Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you enjoyed this fun holiday card!
