Time To Celebrate by Cheri Burry!

Howdy Ai Fans!
I've said it before and I'll say it again..... the "Girlfriends line" from Art Impressions are my favourite images to work with! They all just remind me of me and my friends and the sentiments make me giggle! On my card today I am using the "Party Girls" set.
I chose paper from the Bo Bunny Penelope 6x6 collection. I love the blue, greens and brown colours in this collection. I am using a Pretty Pink Posh Die to frame my coloured image. I added some Spectrum Noir Glitter pen to the balloons for a bit of sparkle. A blue and brown ribbon bow finishes everything off!
The "Party Girl" set some with 3 sentiments. I used one of them on the front and then this one on my decorated inside of my card.

It's Your Day, Celebrate! by Dana Warren

Hello AI fans!!

Today, I have a fun and clean card for you! It's not really simple because it's a lot of paper piecing but definitely a fun card!!

I started by stamping the Party Girls Set on a white panel. Then I stamped the image many more times on different pattern paper from Me and My Minds Eye Hooray paper pad.

With sharp scissors, I fussy cut the ladies tops, bottoms and balloons. Then with a black marker, I colored the edges of all the fussy cutting.

With my Spectrum Noir markers, I colored the ladies skin, shoes, and hair, oh and the confetti! I just matched the colors to the pattern paper. I used CR8, DR4, DR7, EB5, EB6, FS3, FS4, FS6, GY1, IG10, JG5, PP2, TN7, TN8.

After coloring, I used a liquid adhesive to adhere the paper pieced clothing and balloons. Liquid because I can move the paper around to line everything up correctly. Last I stamped the sentiment below the ladies and adhered the panel to a white card base. If you do this directly on a card base the coloring will show on the reverse side, to hide this I do all my stamping and coloring on a panel that gets's adhered to the card base!!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Happy stamping and paper piecing!!

Party, Party Time?!

Hello hello Ai friends!  I hope you have a fabulous weekend!

Are you ready for a party?  These girlfriends are sure partying away, hehe.
I used the Party Girls set (SKU#4131) and a party needs some bright colors!

To create this bright background, I used the Tim Holtz seasonal 'summer' distress ink pads, I used blending tool and stamp with each color, and misted with some water to soften the edges, plus the colors will blend a little too.

And to finished the card, I stamped the Girlfriend Party Girls set five times, then fussy out and popped each layer with foam tape.

I hope you like it and have a great day!
