Kate by Sherry Eckblad

Hello Ai Fans!

Sherry here today sharing a card that I created using one of my newest Ai purchases. I can even enter this card into our current challenge which is "what's new".

Meet Kate!

Copics Used: N0, R30, R20

I just think she is absolutely adorable and even better is that my goddaughters name is Kate so I am going to send this card to her.

This was a really fun image to color and as you can see from above I only used 3 Copic Markers and everything else is paper pieced. Which is also my favorite technique to use. What is your favorite technique to use when card making?

Well that is it for me today. I will be back tomorrow along with the rest of the design team when we introduce a new challenge.

Sitting Polars Thanks by Sherry Eckblad

Hello and Happy New Year!

Have you played along with our current challenge yet?

I needed a couple of Thank You cards for gifts received this holiday season and my "NEW" Sitting Polars stamp set was just perfect.

I created a mask using some frisket film so I could blend the distress ink around the polar bear image to create the illusion of sky behind them.

After I had colored the image with copic markers I cut out 3 of the thanks die and glued them together for some added dimension and then I used some more of the distress ink to create an ombre effect on the letters.

I can't wait to see what you create using something new.

Thanks for stopping by and happy stamping!
