Today I have a card featuring one of the new Twist Ties! The Dog Twist Ties are soooo cute!!

The packaging comes with directions, so I'm not going to go into a lot of detail on how the card was made, just what I did a little different from the directions!! The main thing I did differently was stamping the dogs on the white card base, then again on some scrap paper. 

I used my Spectrum Noir markers to color just the dogs on the scrap paper: CR7, RB1, RB2, RB3, RB4. Then I fussy cut the dogs out. 

Next, I used the matching dies to cut out the heart and top part of the dogs. Then I added the pattern paper to the front panels and then used the dies again. 

I added the dogs to the front matching them up to the die cuts. If you bring the two front panels together they twist around each other.

For the inside of the card, I added a flower pattern and then stamped the sentiment on a strip of white cardstock. On one end I wrapped some twine around it and tied it in a bow. Then I added the sentiment with foam tape.

Hello Ai friends and happy Monday!

 

Today I am sharing another card using one of the Ai Valentine sets… but once again it isn't for a valentine! Here I used 4363- Tweetheart Set. I'm sure we can all think of someone who could use a hug!

 

I wanted my cute bird to be yellow so I found some old papers to match. Then I only inked the word Hugs from the sentiment stamp.

 

There is a separate stamp for the top of the bird and it was mounted on a Mini Action Wobble. The Ai Shakers are so much fun!

The Last of the LOVE! by Reneé Matarese

Happy Valentine's Day!

Today I'm sharing the last of my Valentine's creations!  I've made three different things, two cards and my Valentine card box that I took to school on Thursday for the kids to put my Valentine's in.

(by the way ... they all loved it)

For my first card I used Show The Love Set (Sku#4230).

There's some shimmer here and there from my Wink of Stella pen.

On the inside I used the verse Hugs xoxo (Sku#F4364).

On my next card I did a DOUBLE shaker!  What's that you ask?  I made a shaker card with a shaker image.  I have my heart window that shakes and the feet on the adorable little monster shake.

There's a WOBBLE on his feet to make them shake back and forth.

Action Wobble 12 Pack (Sku#4266)

Wouldn't this be the perfect card for a child?  Although any kid at heart would love the "action" on this card.
