Snowman Friends Card! by Crystal

Hi Ai fans! This week I played with the Merriest Christmas stamp set. I love snowmen and this set is so cute. I stamped it with Versafine black ink and colored the image in with water color markers. I kept the card very simple and after the image was colored in I die cut it out with a double sided stitched rectangle die.

I matted the image onto a few different pieces of pattern paper. I didn't add a sentiment so this card could be given as a holiday card but it could also used for a birthday or thank you card during the winter months.

Wishing You The Merriest of Christmases! by Crystal

Hi AI fans! This week I played with the Merriest Christmas stamp set. I couldn't pick just one image from the set so I made two cards! 

I stamped both images with Memento black ink and colored them in with alcohol markers. I used the same sentiment for both cards. "Wishing you the Merriest of Christmases!" 

The snowman image was stamped and colored and I added the sentiment over the snowman and die cut it out with a double stitched rectangle die. I fussy cut the Santa out and stamped the sentiment onto a piece of white card stock. 

I added both images onto patterns paper and used some black card stock as an accent on the card.

Hope you're having an amazing start to your weekend before Thanksgiving in the US! It's now one of the busiest times of the year and I love and cherish every moment of it! Today's card features the beautiful Santa from #4790 Merriest Christmas Set.  from Art Impressions. I just adore the vintage feel to this set!  I colored up Santa in his finest with Copics.

Hello Ai friends and happy Thursday!

 

Today I am sharing a card using the Merriest Christmas Set (4790) . The small flake is from the Michael's exclusive set called Warm Wishes.  Even though this set was designed for Christmas, these snow people are perfect for your cards all winter long!

 

 

 

I did make a bunch of these for Christmas, though, so I kept them CAS with no coloring and sort of made a collage.

 

I added some crystal lacquer to the "glass" on the light pole and some Stickles to the tree and snow.  The tree was popped with dimensionals.

Merry Christmas

Hello all!

Today would be my usual day to post for Art Impressions but the Design Team is on a break for the American Thanksgiving. Since us Canadians have already celebrated our Thanksgiving I thought I would still share a card!

This stamp and sentiment is from the "Merriest Christmas" set. Snowmen are one of my favourite winter images and this couple doesn't disappoint! I made 2 different versions using the same image and paper collection.

The paper is from the My Minds Eye Sugarplum 6x6 collection. I absolutely love the pretty pastel colours in this collection! I cut the image out with my Silhouette machine and added the Art Impression Snowflake dies as embellishments. A bit of lace and some Crystal Stickles finish everything off.

The sentiment on the inside is also from the Merriest Christmas set. I added some more snowflakes and some of the designer paper to finish off the inside.
