Let's Talk Soon! by Carol Hintermeier

Hello Ai Fans!

Today I have a card using the adorable Texting BFFs set.  This is just perfect to send to a friend to let them know you're thinking about them!

I stamped the image and the sentiments in Copic safe ink.  I colored the ladies with the Copics listed below.  I then used a Rectangle Double Stitched die to cut it out.

I layered the die cut image onto some gray cardstock, a piece of patterned paper and then onto the A2 top-folding card base.

I fussy cut the sentiments out and popped them up with foam squares.

This card was so fun and quick to make and I hope it's given you some inspiration to give this cute set a try!  Happy crafting!

It's called 4408 – Texting BFFs.

Let's Talk Soon by Dana Warren

Hello AI fans!!

Dana here with a little card that would be perfect for a young lady who likes to talk on cell phones!! You can send her a little snail mail note!!!

I started by first finding some pattern paper, that way i could pick out colors that would match when i colored the image. I found some cool light grey with dots pattern paper and cut it to fit a white card base.

Next i die cut a big speech bubble from white card stock. I stamped the image from Texting BFFs on the big speech bubble. The die also cuts a border and i colored the border with a black marker. Then i used Spectrum Noir markers to color the image.

Then i added the speech bubble and border to my card base with foam tape. I stamped the 'Let's Talk Soon!' sentiment below the speech bubble. Last i added a few black and grey rhinestone to add a little sparkle!!

Other supplies: Pattern Paper - Craft Smith Blackberry Lemon. Rhinestones - Doodle Bug Jewels  Tuxedo
Thanks so much for stopping by!!

Let's Talk Soon! by Dana Warren

Hi Ai Fans!!

Dana here with a manly card for you!! I wanted to do a masculine card, because i do a ton of cards geared more toward women and i wanted to do something different!

I started with some pattern paper that i liked and i thought was masculine, that way when i color my image i can match the pattern paper. Next i stamped the guy relaxing in a lawn chair, its from the Ai clear stamps that can be found at Michael's. I stamped him on some watercolor paper, along with the cute little dog!!

I colored them up with some distress markers and used water to spread the ink around. With a brown marker i painted in a ground. I used a sentiment from the Texting BFFs stamp set, because i wanted a card that could be sent to any guy in your life! I stamped the sentiment to the left of the guy.

After the image was colored, i placed the panel on my paper trimmer and cut the panel at the top, but stopped just short of the dog. Then i moved the blade to the bottom and stopped just short of the chair. I did the same thing in between the guys foot and dog. Then i fussy cut around the dog and guy.

I adhered the fussy cut panel to my card base with foam tape. I thought it needed just a little something more, so i found some enamel dots that matched.

I hope this encourages you to create a masculine card to send and say hi!!

Happy Stamping!!
