goofy things by Diane Zechman

Hello Ai friends and happy Monday!

Today I am sharing a card using a few "oldies but goodies" Ai stamps... 1933- Lillie, 1266- Falling Leaves, and 2637- Goofy Things. I've had this card in mind for a while and wanted to create it last fall but time slipped away so I was sure to make it this year!

Who can resist jumping in a pile of leaves?

To make it even more fun, I adhered Lillie with a Mini Action Wobble!  Her skirt was paper pieced with a scrap from Echo Park's - The Story of Fall pad.

The spring brings Lillie to life!

Have a great Monday and… happy stamping!

Jump For Joy!

Hi Ai Fans!
Oh My Goodness!!!! Can't you just feel the fun spirit in "Lillie" (item#1933)? She looks like she would be a real energetic character that would keep you on your toes! I met lots of "Lillies" when I worked in Long Term Care and they could sure make your day with their spirited souls!
This paper is from the Simple Stories Bloom and Grow 6x6 collection and made paper piecing Lillie's pants so much fun! The sentiment is called "Goofy Things"! Perfect saying to go with how I perceive Lillie's outlook on life to be!
Copics Used:
Skin: E00, E11, E21, R20
Hair: C1, C2, C4
Top: Y23, Y26, Y32

Let the paper decide.

Hi AI fans!
This time I chosed my paper first and colored the stamp  in same  color as the paper.Which way do you prefer?  Or is it different at different times?  Sometimes it´s a bit difficult to find right color.

I have put a strip of my aquarell paper on  the side  on my distress markers, so I can se how the color look like. This make it easier when I´m looking for some special color.

Have a good day !
