TGIF by Dana Warren

Hello AI Fans!!

TGIF .... ok not really, BUT this would be a perfect card to send to a good friend, maybe invite them to a weekend getaway or pick me up after a tough week! I used the Robe Spinner stamp set and used stickers to make my sentiment!!

I started by stamping the front and back images and then using my Spectrum Noir markers to color it. I used FS1, FS3, GB8, GB10, TB3, TB4, TB6. Then I used the Blender marker to add polka-dots to her pajamas.

Next, I used the matching dies and cut the images out. To make the spinner, first I run each side through my sticker machine. I added white thread to the sticky back side and then added the front, sandwiching the thread between the two images.

To a white card base, I added some pattern paper (adhere with removable adhesive), then used a circle die  and cut a window from the front. With a slightly bigger circle, I cut a circle frame from white cardstock. I removed the pattern paper layer and added my spinner, then adhered the pattern paper this time with double sided permanent tape. Then I just used some liquid glue to add the white frame.

From an alphabet sticker sheet I added TGIF with foam tape. Last I rounded each of the corners to go with my circle window!

Thanks for stopping by!!  Happy Stamping!!

TGIF!

Howdy Ai Fans!
"Thank Goodness It's Friday" and with that being said I thought the "Robe Spinner" and "Robe Spinner dies" were the perfect sets to use, especially with that adorable sentiment!
The Spinner sets are easier to use than you would think, especially if you have the matching dies! Just stamp and color your image, cut it out with the dies and assemble together adding a piece of string in the middle. Cut a "window out of your card and layer the string between the paper layers, centering your image. And there you have it! Wind up the image and watch it spin!!
This card is what happens when you forget to add the image to the paper layers before gluing it down LOL. So what's a girl to do...... put it on an action wobble for a totally new idea!
Mistakes can always be changed into something else, just use your imagination!
Copics used:
Skin E00, E21, E11, R20
Nightie & Slippers: R81, R83, R85, R89
Hair: C1, C3, C5
Housecoat: paper pieced with matching papers

Happy Stamping!

Robe Spinner by Karen Day

Hello Ai fans!
It's time for another Ai Spinner card!  I am using Robe Spinner (Sku #4677):
I don't have the dies yet, so my gal is just fussy cut out, then glued together over a piece of sewing thread.  BUT... you can find the Robe Spinner Die (Sku #4696) here in the Ai store to make assembling your card even easier!  And if you're not wanting to make a spinner card, I made a flat version of my card using just the front image:

Purples - BV08, BV04, BV02, BV01, BV00, BV000
