To the Birthday Boy Card by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a new card created with the 5044 - Born To Ride Set. This stamp set is perfect for Father's Day projects, masculine birthday cards, and scrapbook layouts. I just LOVE this biker stamp!

The image was stamped with black ink and colored with Copic Markers. I wanted it to look like the biker was cruising down the road on a warm Summer day, so I drew in a road and added some grass.

Also, since it's almost time for the 4th of July, I thought it would be fun to add an Americana theme to the design. To do this, I colored the bike red, used red, white & blue colors on his bandana, and I attached a festive star pattern paper. I just love these colors!

This stamp set includes several sentiments, but I used the "To the Birthday Boy" greeting from the 5735-Birthday Sentiment Set. I think this birthday set has become my go to for cards and love that it includes a masculine greeting.

To complete the card, I attached several white enamel dots and layers of red cardstock and silver foil paper. When I think of motorcycles, I think of shiny chrome, so the silver foil totally goes with the biker theme.

Also, be sure to check out the Ai Site for their Father's Day Sale!

Thank you for checking out today's project and I hope you all have a wonderful day!

It's the Mileage by Cheri Burry!

Hi Ai Fans!
The other day I saw some kids biking like this and remembered I had this stamp called "Bikers" from Art Impressions! Now this pair are definitely not "kids" but I think they are young at heart don't you?!
The "Bikers" stamps is on the larger side so it fit perfectly on an A2 sized card! A few enamel dots were all I needed to finish off my card!
I used the Ai sentiment called "It's the Mileage" which I thought was perfect for this fun loving pair!

Off they go!

Hello Ai friends, I hope you had a fabulous weekend.

I'm sharing a fun card using Bikers (SKU# U1930), off they go!
Maybe off to lunch or maybe a hot date?

I'm super excited that we are also working with some fun brads from Eyelet Outlet.
For this card, I used the Flying bird brads fall.

On to my card, I created the background using Pan Pastel.

How about some clouds?
I used the Balzer Designs cloud stencil and simply easer the color away.
I also set the pan pastel with matte fixative spray.

I stamped the Bkers (SKU# U1930) once on the background, then once more,
and colored them with Copic markers,  then adhered with foam tape.

Viola!

I hope you like it.  Come join us on Challenge #111, click HERE!

Bikers out for a ride

Today I wanted to make another card using this fun stamp of the Bikers , how much fun do they look like they are having , you truly need to have trust and faith to ride on the handle bars of a bike , let's see.. when was the last time I did that ??? Oh yeah , like when I was 9 ...lol .. I give props to this couple they have it going on . I this is what Ai stamps do they make you think what the back story could be , the Golden Oldies line of stamps are so much fun , I hope my Golden years are filled with half the fun this line displays .Thanks Ai for bringing us stampers such an awesome line of stamps to get inky with . Today I chose to use my colored pencils again , I know not everyone has made the investments into the copic markers and I wanted to show that even your kids colored pencils can make these stamps pop off a card .Thanks so much for stopping by and be sure to come back tomorrow for the Ai Thursday challenge , the Ai design team has some gret cards to share .

Bikers

Happy Friday Everyone!
It's Maria and today I'm here with a fun couple that is called Bikers. In a few years, I hope my husband and I will still be having a "wild" time like these two!

A pretty simple card overall. Just a little color blocking in the background and the image was colored with Copics.

Hoping you have some "wild" times with your significant other this weekend!
