Hello, Ai Fans!
This week we are celebrating our new "One Layer Ladies" challenge along with our two new wood mounted stamps at Hobby Lobby! You can find these blocks (and a selection of Art Impressions stamps) at your local Hobby Lobby or online at HobbyLobby.com!

Last week, Dana shared a fabulous one-layered card with our 29 Again block, featuring a cool ink "smooshing" background, so if you missed it, be sure to check it out! Let's see what our design team has come up with this week! Visit the designer's blog for more details on their card by clicking their name.

Gone Fishing by Dana Warren

Hello AI Fans!!

Dana, here with a one layer circle card! Ok, technically it's not one layer as my card base and colored image are actually two pieces! BUT,  I wanted to hide the back side of the coloring panel, you really don't want your recipient to see it when they open the card, do you?!?!

To create a circle card I first cut a circle from white cardstock. Then I scored some white card stock and placed the circle die on top. The die is just a tiny bit above the scored top, this will create the fold.

Next, I stamped the little floating dog from Reel Great Guys stamp set. Then I used my Spectrum Noir Illustrator Markers to color him. I used AB1, AB2, AP1, AP2, BG2, BG2, BT1, CR11, EB1, EB2, EB4.

I stamped the gone fishing just above the dog and then adhered the circle to the circle card base. To make the card stand I just trimmed a little bit from the bottom. Otherwise, I kept it pretty simple, figured this would be perfect for a guy and they don't need a lot of sparkle or embellishments!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!! Happy Stamping!!

Air Hag by Karen Day

Hello Ai fans!
It's Karen with you today, sharing a card using the just-released Air-Hag Set (sku#4309)

The sentiment says "Standard Broom equipped with Air-hag"!
This is a very CAS card for me!  But it looks deceptively simple... there is a wee bit of colouring involved, and some serious fussy-cutting!  I started off by making myself a circle template, and sponging the soft yellow ink around the edges:

Then I added a tree branch die cut, that I rotated 90 degrees to look like a creepy tree:

After colouring & cutting the witch and two little bats, I pop dotted them and adhered to the base:

Here are the Copics that I used (plus YR13/15/18):
