Happy Graduation! by Reneé Matarese

 Hello Ai fans!

I'm sure lots of you attended some sort of graduation or moving up ceremony or party this season.

For me, it was my youngest niece's high school graduation.

I made her a portfolio type card in her school colors.

On the front I used a die from the 5952 – Portfolio Template Die Set that I stamped IT'S YOUR DAY! onto which is from the 5735 – Birthday Sentiment Set. The border was made using the new 5972 – BJ Decorative Margin Dies. The cute bow is from 5811 – Gift Card Pocket Dies. I secured it shut with a 5967 – Hook & Loop Fasteners.

Next, we open it up to find HAPPY and 2025 cut from 5911 – Large Number Die Set and 5910 – Large Letter Die Set. They were all cut from a piece of paper from 6072 – Father’s Day Paper Pack. The little pocket that we put her check in and the stars are all from Portfolio set as well. The stars are covered in Wink of Stella.

Now onto the back of the card where I personalized it.
I used another birthday sentiment and a few more dies from the Portfolio to matte and frame it. I wrote my note to her underneath that.

Happy Graduation beautiful Brynn!

Buzzing into the Future! Card by Tasha

Happy Friday, Art Impressions Friends!

Tasha here, and today I'm excited to share a fun bee-themed graduation card featuring the super cute 5925 – Honey Bee Set. I absolutely love these little bee stamps and thought they’d be a fun twist on a traditional graduation card!

To start, I stamped three bees and gave them tiny graduation caps, then colored them with Copic markers. The background features honeycomb stamping and a hive in the center; I love the schoolhouse hive!

For the card base, I made a scalloped frame. I think the soft edges of the scallop work really well with the playful bee theme. Then I layered black, teal, and white cardstock, plus a piece of yellow plaid patterned paper from Art Impressions. I wanted to keep the classic yellow and black bee colors, but the teal adds a nice pop of color.

To finish off the card, I added two stamped sentiments, ink blended the edges of the center card, and attached a few enamel dots for extra shine and dimension.

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! I hope this card gives you some inspiration for your own spring or graduation-themed projects. Have a bee-autiful weekend!

Cool Hat Bro! Card by Tasha!

Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a new card perfect for a special 2021 Grad! This card was created with the Graduation Stamp Set and this owl has to be the cutest grad image ever!

This smart owl is so fun and I love his cool shorts! I wanted the shorts to really stand out, so I colored them with a pretty lime green color and used the same color on his little grad cap tassel!

I stamped the sentiment "Cool Hat Bro!" in black; this is a great sentiment for a Grad Cap card fold!

To complete the card, I stamped "Congrats" under the cap and left enough room for a personal greeting. This is one of my favorite card folds and I can't wait to send these out to some special 2021 grads!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Class of 2021 Card by Tasha!

 Hi Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a new graduation card created with the fun #5277 - Graduation Set!

This center-step fold is so festive and the animal pair fits perfectly on the center card. I love the little birdie with the grad cap!

Both sentiments were stamped with black ink on to white card stock and I matted all the layers with light blue glitter paper; so pretty! I also cut 2021 out of the same white paper and attached the numbers to each side of the card.

Lastly, a simple banner on the bottom sentiment and three enamel dots completed the design. I think this fun card is perfect for any graduate!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Happy Graduation!

Hello Ai fans!

A few weeks ago I shared another graduation card using this set.  It was also green and yellow.  I don't usually like to do that but my nephew was graduating from SUNY Oswego and their colors are gold and green.  Then my friend asked for a card for her co-worker's daughter.  She was graduating from Vestal H.S.  Their colors are gold and green.  Oh well...lol!

This time I used the giraffe on the front of my card.
This adorable image is from 5277 – Graduation Set.

I stamped my image and then cut it out using 5063 – Rectangle A2 Double Stitched Dies.  Normally graduations would be winding down by now but this family was holding out, hoping that they would be able to have a small gathering for her if they waited a few weeks.  Hopefully she'll get the party she deserves.

The above version is an alternate version I did to have on hand.
The one below is the one that my friend requested.

I added the name of her school below the giraffe on this one.

On the inside I used 3 more stamps from the set.

Copics used:
E41, G16, Y15, Y24, Y28, Y31

You're Spectacular! by Reneé Matarese

Hello Ai fans!

It's that time of year.
Graduation.

For the second year in a row I have a child graduating.  When you have a child in the graduating class you need a LOT of cards.

This time I used

and a verse and mortar board from

Art Impressions has many fun graduation stamps.
You can see them all HERE.

Here's an alternate version without a name in case the need pops up.

Here's the inside of both cards.

Pack Your Bags! by Reneé Matarese

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing my daughter's dance friends card and my niece's graduation card.  This is a little outside the box because as you can see...there's no grad cap or congratulations or anything like that on my card.

Instead I used two Art Impressions sets called
and

Kelly is going off to Nebraska to become a "Cornhusker."

My niece has accepted a job as a nanny in Minnesota.
She flew out a few weeks ago to spend time with the kids and get familiar with the area.  She'll go back after graduation.

I made a cute little suitcase that matches the card to put her gift in.

Both of these sets come with a LOT of images and verses which makes them very versatile.

Here's the inside of Riley's card.
Copics used:
B04, B23, BG72, C1, C5, E31, E35

This is what the suitcase looked like in the beginning. I just measure it and covered it with paper.  I used a tab punch to make the handle and used a very old Sizzix buckle die and luggage tag to complete it.
