Prescription for wine by Sharon Caudle

 Hello AI Fans!

Hope you're having an awesome start to your week! My card today features #4899 Proud Nurse Set from the Work and Play line at Art Impressions! There are so many wonderful stamp sets in this line! Be sure to pop over to Art Impressions and check them out! I stamped her onto Cryogen White paper which has a very subtle hint of glitter in it from Mica that is added to the paper. When I say subtle, I have to hold it up to my Ott light and move it around at different angles to make sure I've got the correct paper. However sometimes it can show up in your pictures if you use a flash.  I just love how the markers take to the paper. I then colored her up with Copic markers which are listed below.

Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit today and hope you have a wonderful crafty day!

Copics used:

skin: E000, E00, E11, R20, R35 (lips)
Hair: E33, Y13, Y15
scrubs: B12, B14, B16
ID bagde: E41
shadow - B000
Grays: T1, T2, T5

Happy Birthday Co-Worker Cards by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing two cards inspired by the Ai You Take The Cake Challenge! For my cards I used the 5255-Birthday Cake Set and the 4899-Proud Nurse Set. I love this nurse stamp!

Both of my cards are almost identical, but I used different paper colors and colored the nurses with different skin tones. I always enjoy coloring people and clothing!
The nurse is from the 4899-Proud Nurse Set and the cute cupcake is from the 5255-Birthday Cake Set. The little cupcake works perfectly with the nurse image.
The Center-Step Easel card fold is also fun to use on this design since it allows the nurse to stand up. This card would be great for someone to display on their desk at work or home!

Lastly, I stamped "Happy Birthday Co-Worker!" with black ink and added layers of glitter paper and cardstock to complete the card.

I hope you enjoyed today's cards and will participate in the Ai You Take The Cake Challenge!

Happy Birthday Co-Worker Card by Tasha

Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a birthday card for a special co-worker created with the fun Office Party Stamp Set!

This image is so fun and perfect on a card for your office bestie! I like that this set includes several sentiments and some fit right on to the computer screen, so you can use two greetings on your card.

The girl image was stamped with black ink and colored with Copic Markers. I also used markers to create the office scene. It's easy to add some carpet or wood flooring to really give the look of an office space.

Lastly, I added some fun pattern paper with colorful dots and attached glitter enamel dots. I didn't use any glitter paper on this project, but I had to have some sparkle. I love sparkle!!!

Thank you for checking out today's card and I hope you are inspired to create a co-worker birthday card with the Ai Office Party Stamp Set!

Let's Bake Some Memories by ReneƩ Matarese

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing a card that I made for a student.

This card came about because of my birthday.  My birthday is March 14 but that was a Saturday this year.  The 5th graders at my school figured out that Wednesday the 11th would be the last time they'd see me before that.  The kids didn't have school Thursday or Friday. They asked if we could celebrate on Wednesday.  I decided to bake enough cookies so that all of the kids (and of course all of my work friends) could have two cookies each.  Let me tell you...that's a lot of cookies!

This set is from the Work and Play line.

13 lbs. of dough!!
I made about 175 cookies.

One of the girls told me they were the best Chocolate Chip cookies she had ever had and asked if we could trade recipes. I used my grandmother's recipe that I have tweaked and she had her grandmother's shortbread recipe.  Well, unfortunately, that was the last time I saw her.  They announced the school closure on my birthday that Saturday.  Though I had to work Monday to help get their learning bags together the kids haven't been back to school.  I decided that shouldn't stop us though.  I made her this card and sent my recipe to her.  Hopefully she and her family will "Bake some memories!"

Copics used:
E01, E17, E40, E53, E93, E97, E99,
B45, B93, YG11, R46, R85, W00, C4, N4

Life With You is Wonderful- by Crystal

Hi Ai fans!

This week I made a card using this fun Enjoy the Ride stamp set from the Work and Play collection.

I started by stamping the image on smooth card stock with Memento black ink. I colored the image in with alcohol markers then fussy cut it out. I love this lady just chilling on the back of the bike drinking her coffee while the man on the front is doing all of the work.

I die cut a rectangle out of a piece of water color card stock that I had ink blended with a stencil and misted with some water. I matted the stenciled card stock with some fuchsia card stock.

Spectrum Noir Markers:
DR1, DR3, DR4, JG1, JG2, JG3, TB2, TB3, TB4, OR1, OR2, OR3, BT3, BT4, BT5, FS6, FS7, FS8, PP3, EB1, EB2, EB3, PL2, PL3, PL4

Happy Stamping!

Life is Short Enjoy the Ride by Crystal

Hello Ai fans!

This week I played with the Work and Play stamp set Enjoy the Ride

I stamped and colored this bike in fun colors. After I was done coloring it in I fussy cut it out.

I kept this card very simple. I embossed the background and inked just a rough circle where I placed the bike.

Happy Stamping!
