Freebie Frenzy! by Reneé Matarese

 Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing several cards that I made using some of the Ai Freebies.

What's a Freebie you ask?
Well,  every time you spend $30 or more at Art Impressions, you get to choose one of the current free stamps they are offering.  How fun is that!

My first 4 cards were made using the Spring 2022 images.

These two cards were traded to my neighbors little girls in exchange for two dozen farm fresh eggs.
I love living in the country!

During the school year I usually buy them an ice cream at the school cafeteria but during the summer they asked for cards to send to friends.  The frame is from the new 5543 – Journal Template Die Set.

The next two were made for friends.

I used the Hello die from the 5408 – ShadowBox Window Die

These are the current freebies being offered.  Be sure to get yours while they're available. These have become highly collectable.

I also FINALLY tried my hand at Watercoloring the Art Impressions Way with one of the new freebies!
It was so fun.  I have tons to learn but I'm pretty happy with this!

The grass was made using the Exclusive 2022 WC0922-WC Grass Line. The tree was made using 4964 – WC Branches Set and the leaves/flowers are from the Exclusive 5707 WC Wilderness Set.

Copics used on plaid beaver cards:
BG10, BG32, Y23, Y32, E23, E30, E37, R83

Tombows used on frog card:
126, 173, 177, 228, 526, 565, 636, 679, 703

Nuts about you by Reneé Matarese

 Hello Ai fans!

Valentine's Day is just about a month away.

Have you made cards for all of your sweethearts?

I made these cards for my "kids" using the 4885 – Nuts About You Valentine set.

You can see all of the Art Impressions Valentine stamps here.

My children are 21 and 23 but I still love to make cards for them.
The heart I stamped the verse on is from 5359 – Bunny Pop-Ups.

The adorable little envelope is from 5318 – MB Envelope Dies.

I "heart" cats! by Reneé Matarese

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing a card with almost no stamping!
Ai isn't just about stamps.  They have some wonderful dies as well.
I used several sets on my cards.

There are 3 cat silhouettes that can be cut and used as is or you can cut them on light colored paper and color in your own fur and face.

5359 – Bunny Pop-Ups
I used the heart from this set

These cards came together really quickly which is great when you have a time crunch.

This card was for my son's girlfriend.
She lost her sweet cat last weekend.

The tiny little heart is from this set.

Those adorable, teeny tiny paw prints
are from this set.

Pop Up Easter Bunny by Jil Lebel

Hello Ai fans!

Happy Easter! I used the Bunny Pop Up stamp set to make one last Easter card. I have really enjoyed using some of the bunny & Easter Ai sets over the last month.
I started by stamping the images onto Spectrum Noir Ultra Smooth card stock with Gina K Black Amalgam ink and colored them with Copic markers.  The colors I used will be listed at the end of this post.  I then cut the images with my Cutterbee scissors, not the matching dies that come in the set. The matching die will create scoring lines to make the bunny pop up.

To finish the card I cut squares out of decorative paper from Simple Stories patterned paper.  I cut the top square with Hemstitched Squares from Spellbinders. I added the bunny to the card with foam tape.  The greeting is from the Sweet Easter set and stamped onto a rectangle of cardstock with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and attached it over the bunny's hand.  I attached the flower onto the bunny's ear with foam tape.
Copic Colors Used:
Bunny - E43, E42, E41
Shirt - B95, B93, B91
Flower - R85, R83, R81
Leaves - YG63, YG61

Thanks for stopping by and Have a Great Day!

Ai Bunny Surprise by Bri Firth

Hello Ai Fans! Today I am sharing my creation featuring the new Bunny Pop-Up stamp and die set. This card is also featured on my personal blog, check it out here

I used a very simple design on the card front by matting light blue gingham patterned paper onto a white card base. I wrapped white satin ribbon around the front of the pattern paper before attaching it to the card base. I used a glue dot to attach a bow onto the ribbon overlay. To finish the card front I glued the colored heart and the "I love you." sentiment right above the ribbon.
I attached the Pop-Up Bunny, as intended, on the inside of the card. This way bunny pops-up when the reader opens the card. How cool is that!? I used my Copic Sketch alcohol markers to color the bunny. I decided to make  a boy bunny colored similar to a famous nursery story bunny.  I believe I used E40's to color the fur, B10's to color the jacket and the bow, R10's to color the heart and RV11 and RV000 to color the ears.

I used the same patterned paper to decorate the inside of the card right along the center fold. I used a stitched scallop border die to create the detailed edges onto the pattern paper. To finish the card I stamped the sentiment "Hugs!" and die cut it with a small rounded rectangle die.
Check back next week for more Ai inspiration made by me!
