Happy Halloween!

I know it's a bit late for Halloween crafting, but I had to squeak in one more card.  I just loved all of the images in the Halloween Magic Set and was inspired to make a card with this fun image.  

The image was stamped onto Spetrum Noir Ultra Smooth paper with My Favorite Things Extreme Black Ink and colored with Copic markers.  The colors used are listed at the end of this post. A few of the images were enhanced with the Spectrum Noir Clear Shimmer Pen.  It adds a clear shimmer.  The layer was cut out using the Rectangle A2 Double Stitched Dies.

The mail image was added over a orange foil layer that was cut with the Oval Double Stitched Dies. The piece of decorative paper was cut to the same size as the card base and edged with a medium tip silver Pilot marker. Recollections enamel dots were final thing added to the card.

Too Cute to Spook by Cheri Burry!

Halloween is just around the corner and I couldn't resist making one more card. This little Witch is just "too cute to spook" don't you think? My card today uses an image from the Art Impressions "Halloween Magic set". 

Look at the number of stamps and sentiments you get in this set! Great value, and think of all the combinations you can make!

I had these card bases left over from another project and put them to good use with the "Halloween Magic Set".

I used the Ai "Oval Double Stitched Dies" to cut my image out and make an oval frame to put her in.

After the Halloween Clear stamps release, I could hardly wait to make more Halloween cards.  I figured I'd wait until October to make more.  It's obviously October because I've made a card with the Halloween Magic Set.  I hope you love this cute image as much as I do.

The image was stamped onto Spectrum Noir Ultra Smooth paper with My Favorite Things Extreme Black ink and Colored with Copic Markers and Prismacolor pencils.  The colors are listed at the end of this post. The image and black and orange glitter paper were cut with the Oval Double Stitched Rectangles. They were layered with foam tape.  A bow was made with ribbon and the Mini Bow-Easy Tool. A Tim Holtz Halloween Charm was added to the bow with a piece of purple hem cord.  The greeting was cut with a stitched die and added with foam tape.

Halloween by Cheri Burry!

Hello Ai Fans!

It's Friday so that means it's my turn to share some Art Impressions inspiration! I am using one of the stamps from the "Halloween Magic" set.

I stamped and coloured my image to match the papers in the Doodlebug "Booville" collection. I used a Fishtail Flag die to cut around my image. I often use a flag die as they are long and skinny and hey..... you get more than 1 use out of them!

I love that the "Halloween Magic" set comes with so many possibilities with all the images and sentiments. I know I'll be using it again soon for another card! I mean look at that adorable little witch and that pumpkin stack!
