Hello AI Fans!!

Do you dress up for Halloween? If you do, are you cute scary or SCARY scary??!! LOL! This little cutie pie is adorable! For my card I used #4521 Be Scary Set. from Art Impressions. I would LOVE it if she walked up to my door! What a treat! :)  The papers I used are an older digital set from Nitwit Collections. I wanted to give a big shout out to Georgia and Joel! I got to see them on Friday at the Sacramento Scrapbook Expo! It's always awesome getting to meet someone from the company! Everyone is so nice and I can't tell you how proud I am to work with this company!!

Like It's a Bad Thing by Dana Warren

Hello AI fans!!

I can't believe its almost October!?!? This means its time to start sharing Halloween cards!! AI recently released some new Halloween and Thanksgiving sets!! My card today features the Ghoul Friend stamp set! Perfect if your are a fan of the Girlfriends stamps!!

I started by stamping the two ladies and then using my Spectrum Noir Markers to color them. I usually have a list of colors used, but .... I'm have a major computer problem so I'm typing this from the library and I didn't bring my supply list with me. Luckily I had backed up all my card photo's and other important docs before the computer decided not to work, so at least you have a post with photos today!!! I'll update this post sometime in the future, either with a fixed computer or at another trip to the library! :)  EDITED to ADD: SN colors used: AB1, AB3, BO1, DR4, DR6, EB1, EB2, EB5, EB6, FS2, FS9, HB2, HB3, IG1, IG4, IG6, LV3, MB2, MB4, OR2, OR3, TN2, YG1, YG2, YG3.

Okay, continuing on about the card! After coloring the image I cut it out with a fancy square die from Spellbinders. I also stamped the They Say I'm a Witch Like It's a Bad Thing sentiment on a smaller die cut square.

From my pattern paper stash I found a orange pattern that would work for Halloween and added it to a white card base. I added the stamped image and sentiment to the card with foam tape. Last I die cut two bats Memory Box from some stray black corrugated cardboard that was in my stash. It flatted a bit from die cutting, but still adds great texture.

Thanks for stopping by!! Happy Stamping!!

Magic is in the Air! by ReneƩ Matarese

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing a fun Halloween card with you.

I colored the rickety old haunted house with watercolor pencils.

I wish this little trio lived outside of my house.  My son has been lucky enough to see a barn owl from two lots down fly past his window a few times but I've never seen him.

Don't you just love the sparkle that these fusible glitter sheets add?

I wanted to create something with some dimension to it.  Kind of like a scene and not just a card.  This can be displayed all season long.

Fantasia Pencils: 3, 29, 43, 45, 50, 53
Staedtler Pencil: 80 Gray

Spooktacular by Karen Day

Hello Ai fans!
I am using another one of the Ai 2017 Halloween sets today - Spooktacular Set (Sku #4941).  This is about as scary as I get for Halloween!  Not very!
I stamped and coloured three of the mummies with my Copic markers, then pulled out my Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolours to make some festive backgrounds.  I mounted my image with pop dots, added one of the sentiments that comes in the set, and stitched 1/4" in from the edge with some black thread (always a little nerve wracking, one slip and it's toast!).  Here's a slightly different version:

I can't escape the fact that I'm a patterned paper fan... so with my last image I did the busier version:
I hope you're enjoying some Halloween crafting time!  Be sure to join our current challenge on the blog "Create a Scene".  Happy stamping!

Shake, Rattle, and Roll by Sharon Caudle

Hello AI Fans!!

Today's card features the adorable 4952 Skeleton Wiggle Wobble from Art Impressions brand new Wiggle Wobble line! He's perfect for Halloween or even "over the hill" types of Birthday cards! I just adore him! Don't forget to keep your brads loose when you attach his limbs.  I used my needle nose pliars and just bent them kind of up and then over so they wouldn't be flat against the paper.

I positioned him to look like he was doing the robot! LOL! I thought it worked out pretty well. I just tightened down the brad that is holding his shoulder together so it wouldn't wiggle when he wobbles. :)  So his lower arm just rocks back and forth.

Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit today and hope to see you back again soon! Until then - stay crafty!
