Hello Fall Card by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a Fall themed card featuring the 4849-Celebrate Spring MFT and 5369-Feline Set.

The Celebrate Spring Set is an Easter themed set, but I love this interactive door and wanted to use it for a different season. I stamped the door with black ink and colored it with Copic markers. I used the included die to cut the door opening and used a stencil to create the brick detail.

For the background, I used the 4964 -WC Branches Set and markers to create trees full of colorful leaves. I also added a golden sky using Distress Oxide Ink and a cloud stencil; I love all the yellow and orange colors!

Lastly, I added a sweet little kitty to the inside of the doorway and attached a "Hello" die cut to the bottom of the card. The cat looks so peaceful sleeping on a pile of leaves!

Thank you for checking out today's project and I hope you are having a wonderful day!

Trick or Treat Shaker Card by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Friends!

Tasha here sharing a Halloween shaker card created with the cute 5506-Peek-a-Boo Set!

This set has quickly become a new Fall favorite and I love the little witch image! I stamped her with black ink and used Copic Markers for the coloring. I think she looks so sweet with her little outfit and pumpkin bucket; she is ready to get some candy!
The greeting "Happy Halloween" is included in the set and was also stamped with black ink. This black & white sentiment looks great with all the colors and patterns used throughout the card!

Lastly, I embossed a leaf design on the shaker background and ink blended with Distress Oxide Ink. I added sequins in Halloween/Fall colors and attached a festive polka dot frame. I also added layers of glitter paper, black card stock, purple card stock, and a colorful polka dot paper to complete the card.

Thank you for checking out today's Fall project and I hope you are inspired to create a Halloween shaker card with the new 5506-Peek-a-Boo Set!

Have a wonderful day!

Pumpkin Spice Card by Tasha

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a new Fall-themed card created with the super cute Feast Mode Stamp Set!

The sweet fox was stamped with black ink and colored with Copic Markers. I masked off the image and used two stencils to create the autumn background. I blended multiple shades of Distress Oxide Ink for the falling leaves and stones on top of cream paper. I love the warm golden shades!

After the ink blending was completed, I gently pulled off the masking paper and colored the Fox. This cute fox looks so happy enjoying the Fall day with his warm drink; I am so excited for sweater weather!

The sentiment, "Tis the season for Pumpkin Spice" was stamped directly on the stenciled stones. I'm a big fan of all things pumpkin and thought this was a great greeting for this card!

Lastly, I added coordinating layers of cardstock and a pretty orange plaid paper to complete the card. I also added some gold, white, and metallic bronze ink to the background for more detail. I love how this design turned out and can't wait to send it out this Fall!

Thank you for checking out my card today and I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Thankful For You by Carol Hintermeier

Hello Ai Friends!

Now that we are near the end of October, I've put away the Halloween stamps and have started working on some cards for friends and family to tell them how thankful I am for them.  The Feast Mode Set is just perfect to create sweet and fun cards!

This was a very easy card to make!  I began by stamping the squirrel and the floral swags in Copic safe ink.  I also stamped the squirrel onto some masking paper and fussy cut it out.  I put the mask in place and used some ink blending brushes to blend some Squeezed Lemonade and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks lightly around the image.  Here's a look at the blending and after removing the mask:

I removed the mask and colored the images with my Copic markers and added additional shading with a few Prismacolor Pencils.  (All the colors are listed below.)

Once everything was colored I stamped the image with Versafine Onyx Black ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.  Then I used a die from the Double Stitched Square Dies and cut it out.  I cut some coordinating paper from my stash to layer behind the square.  I used an embossing folder with some kraft color card stock and cut it to 4" x 5-1/4".  I used one of the "E" shade Copic markers to color some twine to match better.  I wrapped it around the kraft layer three times and tied with a knot.  I added foam tape to the back and adhered it to a top-folding A2 card base.

Next I used liquid glue to adhered the colored images to the embossed layer.  I wanted some kind of embellishment to put with the twine so I searched my stash and found an older die set that had acorns and leaves.  I used a few Copics to color them and added Glossy Accents to the acorn tops.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!  Check back next week and I will have another card featuring this fun set!  Have a fabulous, and crafty, week!
