OUCH! Feel Better by Niccole Kulig

Hello Ai fans!!

I am stopping by today to share a card using the Doggy Kisses and Wine Divas stamp set.

I did not intend to create a one layer card but sometimes the stamps decide for you what direction you are going with your card.  LOL Anyways ... I started by stamping my sentiments in the middle in black. I used the Ouch sentiment from Doggy Kisses stamp set and I used only part of the sentiment in Wine Divas for the feel better.  From there I randomly stamped the band-aid from the Doggy Kisses stamp set in rainbow colors.

I always find it hard to photograph Wink of Stella. Do you agree?  I added Wink of Stella to all the center of the band-aids for some texture to my one layer card.

I finished it off with Nuvo Drops in the same rainbow colors to give a lot more dimension to my one layer card.  I love how cheery this card ended up being.  A great pick me up card for someone hurt or injured.

Remember ... try and stretch you stamps out of the norm from what they were intended for, as there is no dog on this card as the stamp set would imply, just a general feel better card.

Swagger by Dana Warren

Hello AI fans!!

If you know someone who has broken a leg, the Swagger Set is the perfect stamp set for a get well card! 

I started by stamping the image and coloring him with my Spectrum Noir markers. I used: AG1, AG2, AG4, EB6, IG1, IG2, IG4, IG6, TB6, TB7. He is fairly easy to color, then I just fussy cut him out!

From My Mind's eye Hooray! paper pad I picked out a polka dot pattern and added it to a white card base. Then I used a square die to cut two different sized squares from two different patterns. 

I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock and used small square die to cut it out. I added the two pattern squares to the card with double-sided tape. Last I added the sentiment and image with foam tape.

I must say, I've found a new love, and it's 4904 Baseball Set in pink from Art Impressions!! I wanna be on this team, just so I can wear the uniform!! LOL!!  This is such a fun stamp and will be sure to cheer up anyone that might be a little under the weather.

Today I am sharing a card using 4904- Baseball Set.  I didn't have any patterned papers specific to the baseball theme, so I went with the "wildcats" and added an animal print.  lol.

 

This sentiment is perfect for a get well card... I love it!  Paired with a fantastic Ai image, it's a winner!  :)
