Hey Ghoul Friend!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a Halloween card created with the fun Ghoul Friend Set. This card was inspired by the Shaken, Not Stirred Challenge and is a great card to send to a friend this Fall!

The images were all stamped with black ink and colored with Copic Markers. For the background, I used Distress Oxide ink around the edges to give a glowing look and I love how the yellow adds a spotlight to the pair! These friends look like they are having a fun time at a Halloween party with their wine and cute costumes!

The greeting "Happy Halloween" is also included in this set. I used the same black ink for the stamping and the leftover orange ink to add some color to the sentiment.

Lastly, I added layers of silver glitter paper and spiderweb pattern paper to continue with the not-so-spooky theme.

Thank you for checking out today's project and I hope you are inspired to create a card for the Shaken, Not Stirred Challenge!

Being a witch is a bad thing? By Sharon Caudle

 Hello AI Fans!!

Happy first weekend in September!  Do you send Halloween cards?  Or maybe you just like to make some decor for your house? I love coloring up Art Impressions Halloween Stamp Sets, and you're going to be seeing a number of them from me in the coming weeks.  This card features the Ghoul Friend Set.  I stamped this fun image onto Cryogen paper and colored them with Copic markers listed below.  I liked the black border across the top, but thought a couple little ghosties would be perfect on it. So I grabbed the Holiday Mansion Accessory Set and stamped the two cute ones from there. What do you think? Keep them or take them off?  Or hmmmm....maybe it needs one more for the rule of threes?

So that's it for me today!  Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit today!  And until next time - stay safe, stay healthy, and for sure - stay crafty!!

hugs!

Ghoul Friends by Jil Lebel

Hello Ai fans!

Halloween is such a fun holiday! I decided to make a grand card to celebrate this year.  I just love the ladies from this Ghoul Friends stamp set.  They look like they are having the best conversation.
I started by stamping the images onto Spectrum Noir Ultra Smooth paper with Gina K Designs Black Amalgam Ink and colored them with my Copic markers.  The colors used are listed at the end of this post. I then cut it out using the Oval Double Stitched Dies. I cut out three colors of shimmer paper with the Anna Griffin Lace Edge Die Set.  I Attached them over a 7" x 5" card that is covered with a piece of purple shipper paper with foam tape.  I then attached the copic colored image over the decorative die cuts.  I then added the star and clear embellishments with glossy accents.  I also added glossy accents over the wine glasses.
Copic Colors Used :
Faces- E000, E00, E11, E04, R20
Lips - RV34
Hair - E31, E33, E35, E37, C1, C3, C5
Ground - W1, W3
Chair - E33, E35, E37

Ghoul Friends by Carol Hintermeier

Hello Ai Fans!

Are you ready for fall?  I know I am over the heat we continue to have here!  Making fall themed cards helps me forget that heat and I've used the fun Ghoul Friends set for a Halloween card.

I used a Copic safe ink to stamp the gals and colored them with the markers listed below.  I used a gold Gelly Roll pen to add dots to the purple dress for some shine.  I also used a Copper Metallic Gelly Roll pen to add sparkle to the orange shoes and the pumpkin costume.  I used a Square Double Stitched die to cut the image out.

I layered everything using a Halloween paper pad I got last year at Michaels.  I stamped the spider web from the Ghoul Friends set and fussy cut it out.  I popped it up with a foam square and added it next to the sentiment.

Have you started any Halloween cards?  I had a lot of fun creating this one!  Have a wonderful, crafty week!!

Like It's a Bad Thing by Dana Warren

Hello AI fans!!

I can't believe its almost October!?!? This means its time to start sharing Halloween cards!! AI recently released some new Halloween and Thanksgiving sets!! My card today features the Ghoul Friend stamp set! Perfect if your are a fan of the Girlfriends stamps!!

I started by stamping the two ladies and then using my Spectrum Noir Markers to color them. I usually have a list of colors used, but .... I'm have a major computer problem so I'm typing this from the library and I didn't bring my supply list with me. Luckily I had backed up all my card photo's and other important docs before the computer decided not to work, so at least you have a post with photos today!!! I'll update this post sometime in the future, either with a fixed computer or at another trip to the library! :)  EDITED to ADD: SN colors used: AB1, AB3, BO1, DR4, DR6, EB1, EB2, EB5, EB6, FS2, FS9, HB2, HB3, IG1, IG4, IG6, LV3, MB2, MB4, OR2, OR3, TN2, YG1, YG2, YG3.

Okay, continuing on about the card! After coloring the image I cut it out with a fancy square die from Spellbinders. I also stamped the They Say I'm a Witch Like It's a Bad Thing sentiment on a smaller die cut square.

From my pattern paper stash I found a orange pattern that would work for Halloween and added it to a white card base. I added the stamped image and sentiment to the card with foam tape. Last I die cut two bats Memory Box from some stray black corrugated cardboard that was in my stash. It flatted a bit from die cutting, but still adds great texture.

Thanks for stopping by!! Happy Stamping!!
