Proud Nurses by Reneé Matarese

Hello Ai fans!

My son has a friend that recently graduated as an RN.
These are 3 variations on the card that I made her.

I have used this set so many times!  I sent dozens of cards to medical personnel during Covid and have made many during my health battles over the last year as thank you cards.

The Band-Aid is one of my favorites in the set!  How cute!
My rectangles were cut using 5063 – Rectangle A2 Double Stitched Dies.

This set would be great paired with the 5332 – Health Mini Dies.

Here's my last card.  Although very similar, I made each card a little different because I like each one to be unique.

The insides of all three is the same.  I used two of the smaller images from the set as well as another sentiment.

My card also goes along with the recent Blog Hop that
Art Impressions sponsored for Women's Day.

Copics used:
E21, E30, E99, R81, Y15, T3, BG05, BG10, BG3

Birthday Wheels By Bri Firth

Hello Ai Fans - Bri here! Today, I am sharing a birthday card featuring the Birthday Buggy Set which is part of the Ai Rides collection. Keep reading below for details on how I made this under the party-themed creation.

The card background features vibrant pink, purple, and green blend to coordinate with the birthday accessories filled inside the card. I used a retired Tire Tracks stencil with Black Soot Distress ink onto top of an Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves, and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide ink ombre background to create the coordinating card front design.

The car and birthday images were colored with Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend markers. I used a white gel pen to add fun detail lines to the images.

To finish this card I used gold gems for embellishment to coordinate with the gold and white twine attached to the balloon images.

3 times the mushroom love! by Reneé Matarese

Hello Ai fans!

I have 3 different cards to share with you today.
All three used the 5125 – WC Elves Set.

I also used the stone path and mushrooms from the Exclusive EKK0921 Fairy Garden Teacup Exclusive.
This was a limited edition and is no longer available. There are many of these exclusives throughout the year and the best way to acquire them is to follow Art Impressions on Facebook, Instagram, the blog and to sign up for the newsletter emails.

I used the 5063 – Rectangle A2 Double Stitched Dies along with the 5065 – Oval Double Stitched Dies to frame my mushrooms.

Although this is a watercolor set that doesn't mean that you can't use other mediums to color it.  I've done it with Copics, watercolor pens and watercolor brush pens.

My last card was a birthday wish for a member of
The Art Impressions Way and used the 5132 – Tag Stitched Dies.

I've always loved mushrooms and this set makes me so happy!
I hope you love it too.

Copics used:
W2, W3, W5, E0000, E000, E34,
E40, E42, E53, E71, E81, E7

Love is in the Air by Reneé Matarese

 Hello Ai fans!

Love is in the air!

Today I have two Valentines for you.

I used the sweet 4753 – In the Air Set.
This set has 3 main skunk images, 3 verses and two cute accessory stamps.
It's SO CUTE!!

I wanted to add a little interest to the heart so I used a fine point marker and a gold paint pen to add some details to the outline.

I used one of the many verses and the balloon from another of the skunk images on the inside.

On my second card I used the 5064 – Circle Double Stitched Dies.
Who doesn't love skunks?? (unless of course you have a dog! lol!  been there...smelled that!)

This is such an adorable set!
On the inside I also used the 5063 – Rectangle A2 Double Stitched Dies.

Sweet Child of Wine - Hats Off Mrs. Set by Janet

Hello everyone! Today I'm here with the super fun Hats Off Mrs. Set. This card is bold, bright, colorful and full of sass! Just the way I like it and why I enjoy Art Impression stamps so much.

This image was Copic colored. The colors used are at the end of this post for your convenience. Of course, this would be fun in all kinds of color combinations so pick your favorite colors and markers, paints, or pencils and have a go at it.

I chose a patterned paper background that is full of color and sets off this wild child well. I also used a circle of vellum with a paper frame to help make her detailed hat the focal point of the card. I used the rectangle, circle and flag double stitched dies on this card. Have you tried the flag dies for sentiments? They work really great for them and as accents too.

I have a tutorial video for this card so stop by and pick up some Copic coloring tips I share that apply to this and other images you might be coloring.

COPIC COLORS USED:
Robe: B00, B01, B04
Pants: C00, C00, C01, R81, R83
Hat: YR18, YR9, YR7
Hat Bow: R32, R35, R37, R39
Bottle & Glass: C7, C5, C3, C0, B000

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed looking at this card idea. See you next week!

Happy Day Graduate by Bri Firth

Hello Ai Fans - Bri here! It's graduation party season so today, I am sharing two cards featuring the Graduation Set. This card is featured on my personal blog today, check it out here

Project 1

For the first card I stamped the elephant image and and the "Look Out World!" sentiment with Tuxedo Black Memento ink. I colored the elephant and globe image with my Copic markers. I die cut the front panel with the Rectangle Double Stitched Dies. I matted the front panel with black cardstock. To create the background I first heat embossed the graduation cap images with white embossing powder. Next, I ink blended the background with Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, and Broken China Distress Oxide inks. To finish the card I added black sequins for embellishment.

Project 2

For the second card I stamped the giraffe image and and the sentiments with Tuxedo Black Memento ink. I colored the giraffe and bird image with my Copic markers. I die cut the front panel with the Rectangle Double Stitched Dies. I matted the front panel with black cardstock. To create the background I ink blended with Black Soot Disress ink and the retired Spotted stencil from Kindred Stamps on kraft cardstock.
