Hello Ai fans and welcome to week #2 of our

Wild About You challenge!

They came up with some beautiful cards to help get you in the mood to play along. We love
seeing your artwork and can't wait to see what you create.

Last week our Featured Designer was Lynn and she created 3 fabulous bookmarks.

Dori spent some Koala-ty Time on her card.

Janet's fall card features a sweet little bird.

Janet

Gennette got a little foxy for her card.

Koala-Ty Valentine's Day Card by Tasha!

Happy Friday, Ai Friends!

Tasha here, sharing my latest card featuring the super cute 5349 - Koalas Set. Koalas are just so sweet, and are perfect for a special Valentine's Day card!

The process began with the adorable Koala stamp, and to add that perfect touch of Valentine's Day charm, I introduced the heart balloon from the 5491 - Front Porch Party Set. The pop of red from the heart balloon not only screams Valentine's Day but also adds a delightful contrast to the card.

To create the scene, I used masking paper to cover the koala image before working on the sky and ground. The unveiling of the stamped image when lifting the masking paper is so fun and it's a great way to color a background on a single-layer card.

To make the ballon pop out more, I cut a second ballon image with the included coordinating die set. Layering it onto the card with foam tape brought a dynamic 3D effect, and a simple string drawn with a black Copic liner pen connected the heart balloon to the koala.

No card is complete without layers, and for this creation, I opted for glitter paper, card stock, and heart-themed pattern paper to complete the design.

Whether it's for an anniversary, Valentine's Day, Sweetest Day, or just to brighten someone's day any time of the year, this style of card is sure to make someone happy and smile!

Wishing you all a wonderful and craft-filled weekend!

This is My Happy Place Card by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a new card featuring the cute 5349 -  Koalas Set and 5563 - Queen of Craft Set. I love this sleeping koala stamp, he just looks so peaceful dreaming.

The main image was stamped with black ink and colored with markers. I also used a smoky blue ink to add color to the edges of the center circle to give a dream-like look to the card. I think the gray and blue colors are so pretty and this little birdie is just too cute!

For the sentiment, I stamped "This is my Happy Place" from the 5563 - Queen of Craft Set. I used a gray ink for the greeting to coordinate with the koala bear and added deep red cardstock to frame each layer.

Lastly, I added a layer of star patter paper and silver glitter paper for extra sparkle. I also attached several green enamel stars for an extra pop of color.

I hope you enjoyed today's project and are inspired to create a card with the 5349 -  Koalas Set!

Have a wonderful day!

Happy YOU Day Card by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a new birthday card created with the 5349 - Koala Set and 5735 - Birthday Sentiment Set. This card was inspired by the Ai Emboss like a BOSS Challenge and I love the way white embossing looks on colored paper!

The sweet koala was stamped with black hybrid ink and colored with markers. I think this image looks so cute with the tea cups and streamers, and how happy is this koala bear!!! For the sentiment, I embossed "Happy YOU Day!" on to purple paper. The white letters pop against the pretty purple background!

Lastly, I added a multi-colored background paper that was cut with a heart coverplate die, and layers of silver paper. I also added white gel accents and a metallic purple paper layer to complete the design.

Thank you for checking out today's card and I hope you all have a Happy 4th of July Weekend!

Happy Little Moments Card by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here sharing a new card inspired by the Ai Windows to the World Challenge #343. This card was created with the super cute 5349 - Koala Set and 4619 - Window Die. I love that this window opens!

To make the card more colorful, I cut the window out of bright orange pattern paper and added layers of orange, yellow, and blue glitter paper. I also attached a gray wood pattern paper. I thought the gray went great with the koala and I like how these colors look together!

To complete the design, I colored the background with yellow and blue markers and attached several white enamel dots. This card is so cheerful and the little koala makes me smile; he just looks so happy!

I hope you enjoyed today's card and will join in the Ai Windows to the World Challenge #343

Top 10 of 2022 by Reneé Matarese

 Hello Ai fans!

It's my turn to share my Top 10 cards of 2022.

Here they are, in no particular order.
To see the original posts and find links to products just click each photo.

I hope you enjoy this stroll down memory lane!

I love making masculine cards and don't find them to be the challenge that a lot of people do.
I think growing up in the country and loving all things country like earth tones, wood and
animals helps with that.

This one was made for my son's birthday.  My husband and I never imposed our musical taste
on our children but I was still lucky enough to have had them both grow up to love the Beatles!
This card is a nod to Yellow Submarine and Octopus's Garden.

Love these Valentine's I made for the kids at school.

Mushrooms are one of my favorite things!  Not far behind bees.  I love to eat
them and think they're so beautiful to look at.

Anyone who has followed me through the years on the Design Team knows that several times
a year I make some fairly elaborate cards.  MANY, MANY sets and lots of time involved.
This Charlotte's Web card was one of those.  It was inspired by the Rat Freebie.  He
reminded me of Templeton.

Koala's couldn't be cuter!

Oh these Matchbooks!  When I first saw them I'll be honest...Yikes!
So tiny and so much work.
Not true.
The dies make these so easy to assemble and now I can't get enough of them!
I've seen some of the other designers Top 10 already and it seems it's unanimous.
Matchbooks for the win!

This one was my daughter's birthday card this year.  She LOVES succulents and fun pots as
well as her pink Crocs.  Her birthday was in June and she still has this on display in our kitchen.

Of course I had to have a pick with bees on it.
This Crown set is one of my all time favorites.

Two of the bats on this card actually "FLY!"  Click the photo to see the original post and video.
This is another one of those really elaborate cards I love to make.

I hope some of my cards have inspired you over the past year.
I know I always love your cards and get so many ideas from you as well.
Have a wonderful December and cheers to the new year!

See you in 2023!
