I Love You Tons! Card by Tasha

 Happy Friday Ai Friends!

Tasha here sharing a new Valentine's Day card created with 5219-Lovable Animals Set and inspired by the current Art Impressions "Highlights" Challenge. This set has four adorable animals, but I just love this sweet elephant with his little bow tie!

The elephant was stamped with black hybrid ink, colored with Copic markers, and cut with the included dies. The die also creates the opening on the arms, so you can add different accessories to customize your card or project. Since Valentine's Day is coming up, I used the included small heart die to cut a red heart and added white accents with my paint marker. I also used my paint marker to add little dots on the bow tie; so cute!

After the elephant was colored, I made a background with puffy clouds and a wooden floor. The greeting "I Love Sharing My Heart With You" goes perfectly with the theme of this card and coordinates with the paper heart; I love it!

Lastly, I attached layers of black, red, and white card stock, silver glitter paper, and a piece of heart pattern paper. I also attached white enamel dots to complete the design.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope your enjoyed today's card and will join in the "Highlights" Challenge!

You're So Sweet Card by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Friends!

Tasha here sharing a new card featuring the super cute 5904 - So Sweet Armful Set. The new Armful sets are so much fun to color and you can mix and match the little accessory stamps.

To make my card, I stamped the elephant and cupcake with black ink and used Copic Markers for the coloring. After coloring, I used the included die set to cut both images out. I love sets that include dies, it makes it so easy to create with the little characters!

To coordinate with the colors used on the elephant, I added layers of purple, blue, gray, and white paper. The gray and white heart pattern paper adds color to the background, while allowing the elephant image to still be the main focus. Doesn't he look so happy with his sweet treat?

Lastly, I stamped the sentiment "You're So Sweet" with purple ink and attached a metallic purple paper bow. For a little bling, I glued on a clear rhinestone to the center of the bow to complete the card.

Thank you for checking out today's card and I hope you are having a great day!

Welcome to the Real World Graduation Card by Tasha!

 Happy Friday Ai Fans!

Tasha here with a colorful graduation card created with the Ai 5277-Graduation Set

To begin, I stamped the happy elephant grad with black ink and colored it with Copic Markers. This image could be used for any age and the elephant looks so happy holding his diploma!

After I was done coloring the elephant, I cut the image out and started to create the background. I was inspired by the Earth image and made a cool sky design with stencils. I love the mix of clouds & sun rays in the background and the yellow gives a glowing look to the design.

The sentiment "Welcome to the Real World" was stamped in a teal color and coordinates with the blue colors used throughout the card. I also added a pretty blue glitter paper to frame the greeting and center card; the sparkle looks fantastic when the light shines on it!

Lastly, I added layers of pattern paper and black cardstock before attaching the card to a white 6"x6" card base. I hope you enjoyed today's project and are inspired to create a graduation card with the Art Impressions Graduation Set!

Have a great day!

Lovable Animals Valentines Cards | Art Impressions

Hello Ai friends!  Today I have two cards using the new Lovable Animals set.  This is an absolutely adorable set that has four cute critters, several accessories for them to hold, and sentiments for each critter.  It even comes with all the dies you need to cut them out.  The dies for the animals cut around their paws/feet so they can hold whatever you'd like to tuck in!  I love how this set has a large heart die to use in various ways.

This first card features the oh, so cute elephant.  Both critters and the accessories are stamped in Copic safe ink and colored with the markers I've listed below.  I used the Double Stitched Rectangle dies to cut a white rectangle, and a red one.  These were layered onto a top-folding A2 card base.  I die cut the heart from the same red card stock and added some white stitching and sparkle with a clear Wink of Stella.  I layered the heart onto a black striped strip and cut off the over hanging part.  The elephant is popped up with foam squares on top of the heart.

I stamped the sentiment in Versafine Onyx Black ink and die cut it with a Tag Stitched die.  I cut a larger red tag to go behind it and tie them together with red gingham ribbon from my stash.  I used foam squares to pop it up.

This next card has the cute kitty with the sentiment made just for him!

After I colored the cat and die cut it out, I worked on the background.  I die cut pink card stock with a Rectangle Double Stitched die and inked on clouds with a cloud stencil and white pigment ink.  This layer adhered to a white rectangle, and this is on a top-folding red A2 card base.  I popped the cat up with foam squares.

The heart he is holding was die cut with an included die.  I added white stitching, clear sparkle, and Glossy Accents.  Once it was dry I tucked it into his paws.

The sentiment was die cut with a Rounded Rectangle Double Stitched die and also popped up.

I love the size of the critters in this set.  They are easy to color and so fun for your Valentine cards.  Be sure to check back next Monday as I will have another card using the owl from this set.  Have a wonderful, crafty week!

Quivery Quakey by Diane Zechman

Hello Ai friends and happy Thursday!

Halloween will soon be here and I wanted to share a project with one of my favorite sets of the Ai new releases. Today I am sharing a card using the new Quivery Mini Shaker set (4793) which includes matching dies!

How cute are these trick-or-treaters?

The image was cut out by hand but the bats, pumpkin, and pig & duck bodies are die cut.  The pig and duck are raised with a Mini Action Wobble for extra fun.

Have a great day and… happy stamping!

An elephant never forgets!

 "Hello Ai Fans!"
This week I'm working on a birthday card for a man.
This is one of my new Art Impressions images that I got last month. There was no photo so took a chance and I'm glad I did.  He's so darn cute!!  His info is Elephant sku#M1181 if you're interested in him. See how cute he is!!

I just love the AI Zoo animals and....GREAT news!!  I just found out that they're going to have some new releases soon!  I can't wait to see them!!
